Fantastic experience: My girlfriend loves the candle lit yoga, 10/10

Fantastic experience: This studio is such a nice space! It’s warm, it’s spacious, it’s very quite, as it’s in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, so there’s no distractions from outside.

Fantastic experience: A great calming place . Have been visiting this studio since months now and i always find it lively, mindful . The teachers are very friendly and experienced. They guide very well. They have the calm and welcoming vibe, and the knowledgeable instructors. class timings are very convinent and offers varied range of classes with the flexibility to join any studio in london. I will rate it as 10 out of 10.

Positive experience: I've been coming to this studio for a while now, and I have to say it's a really lovely place. I especially enjoy it when the class isn't fully booked, as it gives us a bit more room to spread out and move comfortably. When the class is full, I’ve had the occasional awkward moment, like someone accidentally stepping on my mat or leaving it a bit sweaty, which isn’t the best experience, but it doesn’t happen too often. Some parts of the floorboards creak a little, but it's not a major issue and doesn’t take away from the overall atmosphere. A few times the internet has been down, so we weren’t able to check in on the iPad. Luckily, the teachers have always been helpful and checked us in on their phones instead. The teachers I’ve had so far have all been excellent. They are knowledgeable, friendly and make the classes feel both engaging and accessible. The studio has a calm, welcoming vibe, and it's in a great area, which makes coming here even more enjoyable. I do wish there were more sessions available on the weekend, especially on Saturdays, as that’s often when I have the most time to attend.

Positive experience: A great, calming space with marks for yoga mats clearly labelled and spaced apart. There is sufficient equipment and cleaning materials. Many classes are not fully booked, so there is space to practise properly. The space is well managed, although some of the blocks and mats need replacing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A great yoga studio with plenty of space equally spaced. There are sufficient blocks, matts and cleaning equipment and the room is large enough to space out each class and change the formation depending on the teacher. The location is easy to get to, with minimal noise from shops and residential areas nearby. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Yoga studio is ok , classes are good but the customer service is awful can’t get through to anyone by phone difficult to email and when you try and cancel they say you haven’t! Charges for missing classes have increased without letting you know and the comms you do get are abrupt and make no sense I would save your money - as they do clearly on customer service

Positive experience: My favourite MoreYoga studio as it’s easily accessible by bike and has some great teachers/classes. The immediate area has some lovely cafes and a Co-Op which is super handy. Could be improved with better air con, cycle storage and floor cleaning, but has everything needed for a good class (plenty of mats and props) and generally enough space and a good layout.

Fantastic experience: The studio in Surrey Quays it’s new, clean bright and well maintained. It has changing rooms and toilet. I like going there as it is a spacious studio and it never gets crowded. Classes are nice and well varied during the week. Definitely recommend it!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using MoreYoga studios for about 3 months now and it’s absolutely fantastic. Each studio has the same set up and I like that all places are lined so when anyone comes last minute it’s easy for them to set up rather than get everyone shuffling and trying to find space. I particularly like the Pilates classes - they have some amazing teachers, it’s very good value for money

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the classes here along with the variety of options you can pick between - depending on how your mind and body feels on any day. I've found all teachers so far to be extremely helpful, well-read and engaging. The studio equipments are all in place and it's quite well-sized to fit 25+ of us. It's the part of my day that I most look forward to!

Fantastic experience: Love my local studio. As a beginner I found myself getting in to yoga and meditation very easily, getting to know my local teachers and having the opportunity to try different classes made myself feel more confidence. I would definitely recommend more yoga to everyone as it allows you to choose and have access to others beautiful studios around London, with a big variety of classes.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! The teachers are great, and a variety of classes are available from slow paced Yin and Candelit flows to Intense Vinyasa and Rocket practices. The teachers are great and very knowledgeable in anatomy, paying attention to the breath and each instruction! Would highly recommend - the prices are really affordable.

Negative experience: Disappointed. The description of the classes on the website does not correspond with the actual level/class. No reception. Very cold service, the teacher wanted me to go just because I booked the wrong class ( even though the description on the website said beginner friendly. Cold floor, not a nice atmosphere, managed to get a flu/covid there

Fantastic experience: Lovely, light studio with a range of class times and options. It’s also in a really quiet area which is great. So glad to have discovered this space and, in particular, Kirthana’s classes on Tuesday and Sunday mornings.

Positive experience: Some great teachers during the week, but at the weekend constantly the same two, therefore never go. Would like more variation to go on the weekend.

Fantastic experience: Some great instructors in Surrey Quays who lead great flows. Namely Gabriele, Kirthana, Jamie, Martyn. Also great having the new Monday class at 5:30.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using MoreYoga for over a year now! Found it first via the MINDBODY app and now am a member! The teachers and variety of classes are fantastic and it’s so great to have multiple locations so that I can do Yoga near home / my office. Makes life so easy!

Fantastic experience: Lovely place to do yoga and deepen your practice, quite a few classes that are varied to pick from everyday, prices are quite cheap for what you get. Studio itself is spacey, would recommend to both more advanced and beginners. Teachers make it possible for you to go at your pace and always give various ways to approach things.

Fantastic experience: Lovely studio and really affordable prices. The yoga instructors are really nice too and instruct at a really good pace, not too fast. It’s never jam packed as well so enough space to move around. They provide mats, blocks, straps and everything you need!

Fantastic experience: MoreYoga is the most reasonably priced but still consistently good studio that I've used in London. The Surrey Quays branch is a lovely space with lots of light. I like that lots of props and good quality mats are available.

Fantastic experience: I've tried several yoga through classpass and this was my favourite! Even though it's closest to my home (obviously a favourite studio just because of this), from all the classes I've been to, I've felt most home here!

Negative experience: Beautiful studio. Lovely location. Great teachers. Good prices, especially on the founder's membership I bought. Unfortunately, all combined with the most deplorable business practices. They unilaterally moved me onto an online platform when the lockdown started instead of canvassing whether that would be acceptable or not. When I raised it as an issue, they explained that they actually just frozen my account; I wasn't being charged. Fine, but the customer should be informed of this. After a few weeks of realising that I wasn't going to access the online platform, I asked for a refund. At first, they tried to claim I was locked-in my a year-long contract (not true, because the contract had been thwarted by Covid-19). Then, they offered to refund as a 'credit' to my MoreYoga account, i.e. just to keep my money as they had been anyway. Next was to to agree to refund me month by month, as they were forced to remain closed. Then it was an arbitrary refund of £150, the number completely plucked out of the air, followed by another part refund of £150 the day that I finally took legal action against them. They responded to that by cancelling that second refund, since I was going to litigate anyway. Throughout, they've argued that they should be able to keep hold of their yogi's money because to do so would 'support' their studios (yes, it does, but if your company goes bust and into an insolvency process like administration, those lovely yogi's are screwed) and their communication has been ponderous, no doubt as a part of tactics to just buy them a few more days before they have to release cash rightfully due to their customers. We are in hard times, but holding onto money that does not belong to your company because you are facing financial hardship is not ethical, and little better than outright theft. The stress incurred and mindset engaged have ultimately been the complete opposite of what yoga should be about, and so I'm always going to be particularly sad about how things turned out with this studio. EDIT, 30 Sept 20: Following legal action, the Head of Sales and Operations proposed that they should pay me back everything, less two months charged at the full (non-Founder's Membership) price. That was, again, entirely arbitrary and in their favour, so I had to counter that I should be refunded everything less the 55 days I had actually been able to practise in person (not randomly rounded-up to two full months), and that those 55 days should be pro-rated so that they were charged at a daily rate equivalent to the full Founder's-rate price divided by 365 days. This was eventually agreed, and a refund for that amount received. My summary advice when dealing with MoreYoga is, unfortunately, initiate legal action sooner rather than later.

Positive experience: Founder's membership was a great price. Good variety of classes.

Fantastic experience: MoreYoga offers the most affordable yoga classes I've seen in London, and the best standard of teaching. This is also my favourite studio - a lot of light from the windows, well spaced yoga mats, and ambient lighting for evening classes and savasanas.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending the studio for about a year, great teachers and always offer adaptations to personal needs. If classes are fully booked it can get a bit tight for some of the exercises but my teacher has always found a way to make it work for everyone.

It is less than 1 min walk from my place! =) There are teachers with different style and you can choose the treachers/ classes that suit you best.

Fantastic experience: Finally an affordable yoga studio! Part of a lovely chain where you can visit other locations around London on one membership. This studio is very minimalist with a nice vibe. I have attended 4 evening classes and the lighting is wonderful for yin. They have fairy lights around the high ceilings, nice touch! Being able to book via the Mindbody app is handy.

Positive experience: Good size studio. However it is very far from the station. It is a long walk from the station. It is also quite hidden between block of flats. Apart from this it is a good yoga studio with all the necessary equipment. Overall,I would recommend it if you live in a 5 minutes distance from the studio.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. It has allowed me to get back into a steady yoga practice which I had lost in the last year. Signing up for an unlimited pass for a month, the rewards system and the cancellation policy (if you don’t show up) have been excellent ways to make sure I fulfilled my self-challenge of 30 days consecutive yoga. Now going for more! The variety of classes and teachers are excellent, and the easy booking system and location are fantastic. Highly recommend it!

Negative experience: Got the 5 pound welcome package as a birthday present and ended up my friend paying an extra 50 pound charge ! Preposterous !

Fantastic experience: Studio capacity - 25 people Facilities - 1x toilet, 2x changing rooms (enclosed), 1x additional water tap Location - This is not so close to a station, it is about a 15min walk from Surrey Quays which is the closest station. There are several busses which pass on Lower Road or the back streets around the Greenland Docks. The studio is in a fairly recent development so the neighbourhood is growing with new shops, apartment blocks and amenities opening bit by bit. So small cafes nearby, and lots of small pockets of open space, near the Thames Path. Bicycle parking - Quite frustrating that there is no specific bike parking outside the studio, there is some around the corner but if you arrive by bicycle from the Surrey Quays direction your wouldn’t necessarily see it. People end up using the street signs and lampposts around to park bikes which is not great because of the landscaping. Hope the estates manager of the area puts more in! Noise level - Nice and quiet here - the area is not a busy thoroughfare of vehicles, so it is peaceful and tranquil. Natural light - Lots! Full height glazed windows along side wall, looking onto paved cul-de-sac and small landscaped area outside. Space - This is my favourite MoreYoga studio so far- not only is there lots of space and natural light, due to its location away from busy roads in a quiet part of the neighbourhood it is peaceful and classes tend to be less busy than more central locations. Good range of classes and array of timings throughout the week and weekend. The studio is split into 2 wings with the teacher int he middle which is helpful for when classes are full.

Positive experience: Great local yoga space. Its good value and has a good range of classes run by great instructors. I've been a few times over the past couple of weeks on a really good value intro deal, and will continue to go back.

Fantastic experience: Great little place. Nice and clean, with good equipment available. There is a toilet available and a few changing booths, along with a sink and tap for drinking water. Checkin is quick and easy via an iPad.

Fantastic experience: It's a nice Yoga studio, suitably equipped and with lots of spaces. Good instructors too. MoreYoga studios don't have reception and not many changing facilities, so best to just arrive dressed for yoga. If you are not local this might be inconvenient, but then again, you'd normally do yoga close to where you live I guess.

Positive experience: I live nearby so t's a great studio for me to visit. They operate on a no receptionist basis so other than the teachers there is no one really to look after the studio. I think overall it's a great place and the teachers are nice.I quite like coming here but sometimes the mats are not so clean and the cleaning sprays don't work very well. Other than small bits some of the teachers are excellent.

Fantastic experience: MoreYoga Surrey Quays is a great studio which offers high quality yoga at an excellent monthly price. The instructors are very professional and have improved my practice greatly. I would recommend this studio and MoreYoga in general.

Fantastic experience: So happy they opened up at this location as it is super convenient for me. I have tried MoreYoga in Bermondsy and loved their timetable and class options throughout the day. I went to my first class at the surrey quay location and had a great class. The studio warmed up quickly and the instructor was lovely with hands on adjustments.

Fantastic experience: Great yoga studio; set in a lovely mini village location, just past docklands. I’ve found the teachers to be great, occasionally there are last minute changes/ substitutions but the teachers are all of high quality - highly recommend.
