Fantastic experience: A lovely little studio in East Village. LOTS of classes to choose from for beginners and experienced alike. The instructors are really lovely and welcoming. The studio is clean and well equipped, albeit a bit small. Toilet & changing rooms too. The ambience is always really lovely too, with different lighting options.

Fantastic experience: Very good local yoga studio with a great variety of classes and really experienced teachers. I recently returned to exercise after pregnancy, and the yoga classes at MoreYoga Stratford have been a fantastic way to get active again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here 1-3 times a week for the last 3 years. I love that there’s so many classes each day, giving flexibility to attend classes around other plans during the week. The studio is bright and airy. They recently renovated the floor and got a load of new mats which is great (the previous mats were getting a bit gross!). Great value for money buying the packages and an easy booking system. It’s worth downloading the free app!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this studio multiple times a week since new years. I started with very limited yoga experience and have slowly felt myself building strength and flexibility. I have loved every aspect of the experience so far. I appreciate the variety of instructors and styles offered. The extensiveness of the timetable means that there is always a class that suits my schedule. The only complaint so far is that Claire no longer teaches pilates on a Saturday because she is brilliant! Highly recommended for anyone wishing to get into yoga.

Positive experience: The classes are really great here and the quality of the teachers is really high. Having a wide diversity of teachers throughout the week means I can experience different classes to add a variety to my practice. Only removing one star due to the venue. The pipes and toilet in the room can be very loud at times which can be disturbing during quieter and slower practices. I can't help but feel this was an oversight when MoreYoga was looking for a studio in this part of London

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this studio for a year and a half and I haven’t been disappointed a single time and I’ve gone through quite a few instructors in this period of time! I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Beware this is a cheap service You have to tolerate sometimes the teacher being late and waiting outside in the cold, or literally jumping over people from previous classes because there is no waiting room or enough time allowed, with the room still sweaty and stinky, but they leave you out if you are 1 minute late, with a 10£ fee, which if for some reason happens (quite easily in London with traffic or else) than you end up paying more than a higher quality yoga studio, it looks like a Ryanair of yoga studios where they make up the money where they can, also it is highly disrupting as you made the time to practice that time of the day. Quite disappointed and thinking of going back to some better service.

Positive experience: The studio is a bit small and crowded, and the location is not ideal, but the teachers and their skill make up for that!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a regular student of this studio since 2021 and I really like the atmosphere. The studio is bright and spacious and a beautiful mandala sets a fantastic vibe. I always find the studio and equipment in great and clean conditions. I really recommend a practice here

Fantastic experience: 5 stars all the way! The studio space is large and airly with good equipment and good air con / heaters to cater for all times of year. I've been to a variety of classes with different teachers and feel there's a style / level for everyone. I've always felt comfortable with the teachers and on days I need to take it easy I've always felt comfortable to do so. I've also really appreciated that all the teachers I've interacted with have been willing to give me additional pointers and advice when I ask for it. More Yoga is awesome value for money. I've also been to classes in Angle and Dalston and feel the same. 5 out of 5! Thank you for providing awesome classes at a rate I can afford.

Positive experience: Good yoga studio and teachers. Caters to a range of experience and difficulty, classes go at a good pace. Lots of classes and studio is well designed. Lacking in air conditioning which makes it uncomfortable to practice in during summer - this could be improved upon.

Fantastic experience: MoreYoga Stratford is my local studio - it has a good range of classes and times available, as well as an excellent selection of teachers. Equipment and props are in pretty good condition so I don’t have to bring my own mat.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled upon More Yoga Stratford during a Google search for affordable yoga lessons in my area and I am so glad I did. The teachers are all fabulous and welcoming and there are a variety of classes throughout the day. The studio is also stocked with equipment, so no need to bring your mat, blocks or straps.

Fantastic experience: Great teachers and classes for all levels. My to go to studio for my weekly calm as well as strength training. Has mats, all the props and changing rooms if needed and a very reasonable space for everyone to move.

Positive experience: It's okay nothing amazing, teachers keep changing and it's very tight in space when the class is full, you'll get someone's feet on your yoga mat sometimes.. the bolsters are dusty and not regularly washed or washed at all. The mats are generally cleaned by whomever uses it but often it's sticky and not pleasant.

There is a really good variety of classes at all times of the day and there are fairly affordable options as well which is refreshing to see in a yoga class provider! The classes suit to all levels of students, I am especially happy with the advanced classes. All teachers are really good, extremely knowledgeable and kind. The unlimited membership at More Yoga is hands down the best deal in London. I have recommended More Yoga to several friends and will keep on doing so.

Fantastic experience: One of the best More Yoga studios in London, very spacious and well organised, a couple of changing rooms available (no need to queue to get changed!), the air circulation allows you enjoy the practice. All instructors that I have come across in Stratford's studio are passionate, professional and kind. It's a great place to tailor your practice, but also to learn something new and meet interesting people!

Positive experience: All of the teachers are kind, passionate and attentive to students. Some of them come and help you to adjust your body in case you're doing something wrong. The studio is neither small nor big, but it's spacious for the number of people that usually attend. One advice would be to replace some old worn off mats. Their customer service is also very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely yoga studio and great to have it in my local area. There are many styles of yoga to choose from - from total beginners to advanced. You can also attend classes at other studios and earn points with a rewards program. I've done classes with lots of different teachers and they have been consistently good. This studio is on par with any other I have been to in London but even better value.

Negative experience: They are making money but all the client getting sick because of Extreme cold ! As the door is just next to road !!! Don’t have enough blanket as well Just don’t understand why they don’t have heating ? The heating what they have is not enough & sometimes doesn't work ! I just quite because of not enough heating !!

Fantastic experience: The best yoga studio of moreyoga out of 5 studios I have been so far! Lots of space, beautiful decoration, clean toilets and changing rooms! Absolutely loved here! Teacher Miles is ever great! Enjoyed my 2 yoga sessions here! Highly recommended! Well-done more yoga!
