Fantastic experience: Proud to attend this wonderful gym

Fantastic experience: This is an fab gym, I have been going there for only 2 months, during this time I have had 3 reviews ( one every 9 sessions) and have lost 4 1/2" off my waist, 1" off my abs and 3 1/4 lbs in weight, my shape is looking fab. I joined as I lost motivation during lock down and this gym has given me motivation and confidence. This is a women's only gym, friendly and welcoming.

Positive experience: A divided review All seemed good was exited to start fitness well being journey However after several untruths regarding my overall health my Gp advised to refrain for 5-6 weeks Instructors pleasantries soon turned sour when I asked several questions regarding contracts & soon after became apparent she was not that friendly at all A red flag for me was when she was discussing another member turning up in heels !! To work out talk about bad energy Nope not the atmosphere I want to be in
