Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Ross Health & Fitness for many years now it’s got a real friendly atmosphere & also got all the latest equipment I also do personal training with the owner Danie ward

Fantastic experience: I've been in lots of gyms in many countries and this one is by far the best. There is a very friendly and inclusive attitude - the age range varies from teenagers to octogenarians which is great to see. No one is made to feel that they're not welcome. The gym is kept very clean, equipment is maintained and new machines are constantly being added. There are also some great classes to attend and it's very affordable.

Fantastic experience: I entered a competition at Ross health what a fab and well organised day it was. The community spirit was great and they welcomed everyone to the event. Thank you for a great weekend looking forward to the next one

Fantastic experience: Staying in Llangrove for a break, used this gym on a pay as you go session on Tuesday. Nice variety of machines, heavy dumbbells and plates. Would probably make this my regular gym if I lived around here.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed a good afternoon tea here. The team put on an enthusiastic rendition of 'happy birthday to you' as part of a family birthday celebration together with tasty birthday cake and bunting over the table.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped with both machines and free style weights .This family owned gym also provides a varied range of fitness classes and boot camps to combine fun with fitness. If you are looking to get in shape this place is definitely the place to go in Ross.
