Fantastic experience: After completing both the beginners and novice courses here, I now go to mixed ability classes. Each week I feel stronger and its so much fun, who doesn't want to have fun whilst doing exercise?! The instructors are so friendly too. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending for over a year now and although I had no experience in any sort of similar activities, I was made so welcome from the start. I have made slow progress but the instructors and other members are so encouraging and welcoming I can't believe how far I have come now. I absolutely love my classes and Donna is definitely an amazing instructor ❤

Fantastic experience: It's now called Clip & Climb. It was such good fun for my 11 year old grandson. Some of the walls are very challenging, some are timed. There's also a coffee bar and soft play area. However, we went to the last session from 5-6pm only to find out that the coffee bar closes at 5 and you're not allowed to take your own food and drinks in. Climbing is thirsty work so I'm afraid you'll have to break the rules!! The staff interact with the children, advise them and and help them to achieve their climbs. They're all very friendly and patient. We're going again in a couple of days with a Groupon voucher....... makes it cheaper

Negative experience: Not very good for me as not very bendy at all, also caused a lot of methane issues due to severe bending, not pretty.

Fantastic experience: I started Pole Dance just before lockdown and recently decided to try the daytime class here. Everyone is really welcoming. Alicia is amazing. Well paced classes for mixed abilities. You come away feeling you've achieved something.

Fantastic experience: I love my aerial classes at emmas, I've been going for a few years and I couldn't recommend it enough. The environment is fun, friendly and inclusive to all. I'm so happy to be returning after the pandemic!

Fantastic experience: Been to many pole studios and this is my favourite. Plenty of instructors who are patient and very helpful, well structured sessions and challenge you to get the best out of you. quite pricey in comparison to other studios, but the price is reflected in the quality of teaching. There are bundles you can buy such as £45 for 4 1 and a half hour lessons or £80 for 8 which would save you a fortune rather than the £15 walk in price for 1.5 hours or £10 for 1 hr. Privates are also available and the instructors are always happy to accommodate your preferred time if it is not on the booking system.
