Fantastic experience: I get real bad anxiety about leaven my home. but this place gets me out. the class is fun my coach is great.

Fantastic experience: Ive just come back to masters after a little break but have been coming to this place for years, all im saying is if you are looking to take up a martial art/boxing or some of the other great things they do here but are abit scared or nervous to start (like I was back then) just take that leap It was the best thing I ever done in my life was join this place everyone was so welcoming, there’s no big egos ( which is what I was worried of) ALL of the teachers are brilliant and try there best to help everyone individually improve on certain areas, I could go on and on but I don’t want to make this review to long lol, just trust me get past that nervous/scared part (which is normal) and do it, itll be one of the best things you’ll ever do, it changed my life for the better, Good luck

Fantastic experience: Trained here as part of an UWCB event for 8 weeks and loved every minute having never done any sport before. I’ve now continued with the Boxing and signed up to classes which are worth every penny. It’s an excellent facility with brilliant trainers, who’ll help you out every step of the way. It’s also helped massively with my fitness and confidence. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our 5year old came home from school insistent he wanted to go to 'Mini Masters' with his friend, we arranged a taster session for the next day and he was hooked. That was 4months ago and he has already progressed a belt colour and achieved certificates for a number of other skills. He has undiagnosed ADHD traits and all the MA staff are amazing with him, unending patience but also firm guidance -he doesn't get away with anything- which has resulted in him having improved focus and self discipline. He is currently partaking in the Life Skills Challenges and since attending Mini Masters he has also enrolled in The Children's University as MA are a verified provider. Massively impressed with the facilities, the staff and the atmosphere - would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: We love it! Our kids having been coming a year and we could not recommend it high enough. All our kids have grown in confidence, the centre caters for our children’s additional needs. Staff are friendly and approachable. I will be coming here for many more years!

Fantastic experience: Only by ofchance did I find this place. My son wanted to do martial arts and saw MA do mini master classes. We have know signed up full time. Fantastic experience: My three kids have been attending Masters Academy Plymouth for more than four years now. The atmosphere is really friendly and positive. The instructors are extremely skilful, knowledgable and approachable, the classes are really enjoyable and informative. All children are treated fairly and equally, I would recommend Masters Academy Plymouth without hesitation. I am so glad I walked my kids through those doors again!

Fantastic experience: Just went from my first ever session there, hardest hour of my life but I was surrounded by great people and trained (1 on 1) with an excellent guy with years of experience who helped me all the way and the teacher was also clear, concise and seriously knew his stuff! Can't wait till my next session!

Fantastic experience: Best thing I have done is to let my two boys join this academy. It’s nearly three years they have been training and absolutely love it! All the coaches are absolutely fantastic and work hard to ensure that each child is looked after and has the support needed. It’s a brilliant place we’re the kids learn self defence and are taught much more then just martial arts. Friendship, anti bullying knowledge, group spirit, respect and achievement are only a few of many things they are learning in this academy.

Fantastic experience: Master st James Black belt academy is brilliant, all the instructors are friendly and positive and they really make you fell welcome.

Fantastic experience: Scarlett (8) and Max (6) have just started at Masters Academy Plymouth. While Scarlett was straight in there, meeting new friends and enjoying every second of learning martial arts, Max was very nervous and afraid of starting a new adventure, as he is with anything new. Without the excellent and caring attention of the coaches he would not have stuck it out and realised how much he really loves it. Cannot say enough good things about the academy and how much confidence and excitement it has already generated, an dthe difference we can already see! Special thanks to coach Mike, Rik and Andy for being so fantastic with them.
