Fantastic experience: I came here for a couple of days on day passes as I was local for a few days. Wonderful boutique style gym with great equipment and everything you need for a full workout. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff willing to help and chat. Good vibes all round and good facilities/protein and coffee bar. Recommend. If I lived locally this would be the one.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Rinto, I’m a member of several gyms but this is by far the best. It has such a sense of community and everyone is made to feel welcome. The facilities are excellent with all of the equipment you need, but also with enough space to move around freely and safely. The sauna is incredible and really finishes off my sessions on a high. Everything is extremely clean and well organised. The atmosphere is fantastic and they even have live plants to filter the air. The seating/coffee are is a great place to refuel after a session and the coffee and healthy snacks they have are exactly what I need. But the best thing about Rinto is the staff, who are friendly and professional and always available to help. Thanks Rinto 15/10!

Fantastic experience: Been training here since 2021. Love the equipment, the cleanliness and the owners. I have signed up my entire family and we use it 2 or 3 times a week. Close to home with convenient opening times. Recommend if you have fitness goals and looking for a safe space to work out.

Negative experience: RINTO Fitness Richmond (formerly known as Majestic Fitness) has been my gym since the day it opened its doors, and for a long time, it was a place I wholeheartedly recommended. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by genuinely friendly staff who always make you feel welcome. The gym ensures you have every tool necessary for a comprehensive workout. The atmosphere is generally positive, and it's clear a lot of care went into creating a top-tier fitness environment. It’s fitting that I am writing this review today, June 3rd, 2025, exactly one year after an offer that has left a bitter taste. On June 3rd, 2024, Salim, with whom I once shared a very good friendship, extended a "special summer offer" for an annual membership priced at £600. While a tempting deal, I informed him that due to an impending house move, I wouldn't be able to commit to the full year. Salim, seemingly understanding and accommodating, offered to refund any unused portion of the annual membership. Little did I know that 8 months later, despite his repeated assurances of "I will pay you beginning of next month," I would still be waiting for that refund. This experience has left me feeling cheated and profoundly disappointed, not just by the broken promise of a refund, but by the erosion of a friendship I valued. I must issue a strong warning to prospective members - be extremely cautious when considering any special offers or deals that involve future refunds or credits. My personal experience with Salim regarding the £600 annual membership and the subsequent lack of a refund has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening. To Salim, I urge you - do not make promises you are not willing to keep. The trust and goodwill built over years can be shattered by such actions, and it's a shame that a once-positive relationship has ended on such a sour note.

The equipment is modern, the gym is always clean, and there's a positive atmosphere that makes working out enjoyable. A special shoutout to Mohit and Anup—two amazing fitness professionals who truly care about your progress. Mohit’s energy and knowledge as a fitness instructor is top-notch. Positive experience: The gym is ok. It's not very big and could have more facilities and better machines. I only go to it because it's close. Additionally the gym gets very hot and should have better air conditioning. Better than pure gym but not as good as virgin active.

Fantastic experience: Majestic is brilliant. It has such a wonderful community feel. It is manged so well, by people who actually care. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The management and instructors are so good and there's so many classes to choose from. They also organise charity fundraisers and social events to bring people together. Way more than just a gym!

Fantastic experience: My story…. I am male 66 years old. I have used majestic gym Richmond over the last 12 months (consistently) averaging 3 days a week. Post some health issues and having no previous time or experience in sport or any kind of structured exercise regime. The gym environment was completely alien to me and I don’t mind admitting feeling vulnerable at the very beginning. Majestic community ethos… The majestic team are dedicated to building a strong supportive community, respecting the individuals challenges and ambitions with a relaxed, considered approach. “Community first” Gym equipment and layout… I have been a member of gym’s down the years as my out of control ego demanded although, I never used them, it was enough in social circles to drop Lloyds/Amida/Anytime fitness into a conversation. So I can compare… Equipment 9/10 Space 8/10 Sauna 9/10 Locker room 8/10 Cleanliness 9/10 PT 9/10 Parking 7/10 Overall I recommend Majestic gym Richmond what ever level you are at. As a beginner, I believe for my overall health both physical and mental, Majestic has been the best personal investment I have made in a very long time…. 13/03/25 update… I joined the small group training this week. The session is taken by Leah D’Cruze. Leah is engaging, a good communicator and pays particular attention to form, making sure that her clients get the biggest impact from their time in the small group training. Leah, takes the time to explain the reason for the particular exercise and the benefits of targeting a particular muscle group. I thoroughly enjoyed my two sessions to date and fully intend to commit going forward. I can’t recommend Majestic Gym, Richmond enough. Thank you, Leah.

Positive experience: Good small gym, definitely not aimed at regular/hardcore gym users but they do say it’s not a bodybuilding gym, so things such as heavy deadlifts and chalk are not allowed. Has a sauna which is a huge bonus. Staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Nice hidden gem tucked away in a side road feels fresh and new with a nice little sauna in the changing rooms a big plus during the winter time. it's a bit compact in the changing room area but enough space in the gym area with all machines needed, new equipment and a nice vibe here, will be back if I'm in the area

Salim and his entire team are so welcoming, understanding and great at helping you push yourself to your limit all whilst feeling accomplished and working towards your goals. They sit down with you to understand what you want to achieve & even help track your metrics through their tech. It’s more than a gym, it’s a community and I’m super happy to be part of it. Highly recommend to join if you’re intimidated by usual gyms and looking for a safe space to work out and receive support. Also loads of classes to choose from like Pilates, yoga and sometimes sound baths! Fantastic experience: I joined Majestic with a month voucher, and didn't expect much after not being to gym in the last 10 years. This gym exceeded all my expectations. Salim is welcoming, supportive, and there are so many great options for classes, from yoga, spinning, body tone, pilates, dance...easily bookable on an app. The place is fresh, equipment new, and I think everyone feels welcome, no judgement. I signed up for a year and am religiously going 3 times a week now and mentally and physically in such a great space. I can highly recommended this gym!

Fantastic experience: Majestic gym in Richmond it’s the most perfect gym that I have been to. Extremely clean to the highest standards, perfect atmosphere with exceptional facilities that motivates you to the highest level and they have the newest equipment! Salim it’s always there for the customers and he always helps them in any way he can and go the extra mile. Before I become member at the majestic gym , I was not going to the gym as I found it very difficult and did not have the motivation and could not add it to my routine. Once I found majestic, the gym on its own and with the help of Salim and Gisela I found the motivation and most importantly to enjoy my work out there. Gisela, one of the personal trainers of the gym has been my angel there I must say. She kept me going to the gym even on my low days and working out with her has alway been amazing and fun. Her knowledge, attention and focus to her costumer is on another level. Working out with Gisela makes me feel special and good and the most important thing is that I really saw results very quick. I enjoy my work out with her and always looking forward to them. I HIGHLY recommend her !!!

The timetable is great and there are many classes you can drop into from early morning to evening. I am really enjoying these classes. It's a great gym!

Fantastic experience: I have loved the atmosphere at the Majestic since I first visited! It's spotless, and there is lots of natural light. The owner/manager, Salim, is very thoughtful; one can feel his dedication to the place. Pleasant atmosphere and a good mix of people. Finally a gym which doesn’t feel like just another franchise! The gym is small; still, there is a lot of variety of equipment, and the space is not cramped. Modern equipment with a vast choice of routines and workouts. I'm enjoying the classes a lot. The choice is impressive for a gym this size, far superior to other local gyms I tried. Classes start at 6:30 AM, which is great for people who work like I do. Good instructors who go around the room and help you improve without making you feel uncomfortable.

Negative experience: When you start off as a new member they go above and beyond to keep up appearances but once they have your money they are tactless, disrespectful and way out of line. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this establishment, the manager Salim is very unprofessional the environment is toxic. After a fall out with one of his instructors Sunny because of a new member that joined I was spoken to quiet aggressively and left me a bit shaken up. I as unable to use the gym facilities that I have paid for. Outrageous! I have cancelled .

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym 2 months ago and could not recommend it more. I initially went to a few classes using class pass but now I am a member and that was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year!! The owner Salim is super lovely and accommodating, he gave my dad a free month so he could come with me when I was starting out which was so kind of him as I was nervous going to the gym initially. The environment of this gym is very friendly and non-judgemental, and I have always felt safe there. There is lots of high spec equipment, knowledgeable teachers and classes that do not get boring as they not exactly the same format each week. The new spin studio is also very cool. Some of the classes I’d recommend are: - body pump with Sunny or Akiko - yoga with Frankie or Ella - Pilates/ stretch with Paulina - dance with Sunny - strength with Emanuel 5 star gym & looking forward to continuing to work on my fitness goals here. Also thank you to Sunny who made me a free protein shake on my birthday!!

There’s a wide variety of classes to choose from at all times of the day which is great for me since I work from home and I’m flexible with my workout times. I love the yoga classes and Pilates classes. The gym is also super clean and there’s a lovely sauna that’s available to use. It will be my second year at the gym and I’m so blessed to have it near my home.

Fantastic experience: Huge THANK YOU to Majestic Fitness (Salim & Akiko) for hosting the Ride4MedicalAid spinning fundraiser on Saturday!! They donated the studio free of charge for the whole day, took care of our every need and were the backbone to a very successful event. This is the most welcoming gym I’ve ever attended with a real sense of community and inclusion.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere without the pretension, yet stylish and well equipped with a wealth of classes and exercise regimes for all ages and levels of fitness. At 66 trying to get back into shape, the small group personal training sessions, of which there are about 5 a day everyday, is a very affordable way to get back into regular exercise. Love it. Six months on - still enjoying it.

Fantastic experience: If you live in the area and you are looking for a gym don’t look anymore go to Majestic Fitness I have joined 2 months ago after years of inactivity and it is changing my life. My mood has improved, I feel very well and especially I am getting back in shape. I mostly do small groups PT and Salim is exceptional, he is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The gym is fully equipped, clean and you have a very large choice of courses. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Majestic is a fantastic fitness centre - amazing facilities, a community & welcoming feeling. A great selection of exercise classes; I particularly like Frankie’s yoga which is perfect for all levels, she is the best. A membership here is an investment you won’t regret!

Fantastic experience: The reviews don't lie! Super transparent gym and a great bunch that work and go there it seems. I've dealt with Salim and Frankie for a few days now. They've been great to deal with. They have a sauna for women and men separately in the ladies and men's room. Great gym equipment!

Fantastic experience: Trained here while staying in the area. Well equipped, spacious, not too crowded. Clean, has a sauna and sports massage. Friendly staff. Recommend above other Richmond gyms.

Fantastic experience: This is such a brilliant gym in Richmond — well-equipped, spacious and all the staff and PTs are really friendly and knowledgeable. I really like how they offer something to suit everyone with the choice of group classes or personal training. I have been training for nearly a year with PT Rich at this gym and it has been one of the best things I've done for myself in the last year. He makes every session challenging but rewarding, and we always have a few laughs in between the hard work. Would highly recommend both Rich and this friendly gym.
