Fantastic experience: Great gym. Twelve months ago I couldn’t have imagined feeling comfortable in a gym. I have mobility problems so always thought I would be stared at and judged. No such thing at Lady Bs. The instructors are so friendly and helpful and the other members are very welcoming. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Lady B Fitness is a lady only gym in Concord, Washington. Not only is it a great place to have a work out, but a great place to meet new friends. Lisa, Vicky & Jamie are lovely, friendly and very helpful.
