Fantastic experience: Great Consistent Coaching advice. This is not a cardio gym, this place is all about strength, conditioning and solid consistent coaching that helps you achieve your results. No spiel or spin on what they can do and how quickly it can be done, they help you build good habits and make lifestyle choices which help you achieve your goals and maintain it. Been here now for nearly seven months on the group sessions, not dropping lots of weight but have become so much slimmer and stronger with good muscle tone in all areas and a lot less flab. By the end of the year I should be starting to really the belly fat drop off and the weight start to follow accordingly. Joining will be a good decision, the new six week challenge is nearly upon us, the group sessions are great, fun, varied and everyone supports you. Lots of great patrons here, not met a bad one yet.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Samien Fitness, a small but well-equipped local gym, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The space is always spotless, with clean equipment and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every workout enjoyable. One of the best things about this gym is its unique coach—an adorable and friendly dog who greets everyone with enthusiasm. It adds a special charm to the place and makes it feel even more like a community.

Fantastic experience: Came here for a couple of drop-ins whilst in the area. Staff were really friendly and helpful, place was clean and really well equipped with everything I needed - including a 15kg barbell which was awesome for practicing weightlifting. Roman the doggo was amazing and there was a nice energy around the place. Can’t go wrong for a £5 drop in fee either - will 100% be back next time I’m in Stoke. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I did a couple of drop-ins at Samien Fitness this weekend and thought it was an amazing gym. Definitely the best in the area. The owners and coaches were very welcoming, there was an abundance of high-quality equipment, and there was lots of space for CrossFit Workouts/Olympic Weightlifting. To top it off, a drop-in was £5 which is a bargain and cheaper than most commercial gyms. I'm looking forward to training here again when I'm next back in Stoke!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at samien fitness for about 6 years. It is a fantastic gym and Sam and Damien are good people and good friends. Harry Emma josh and all the personal trainers are very knowledgeable and experienced. The Gym has great equipment and all the members are really friendly. I am part of the samien family and this has got to be the best gym Iver ever been to.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Samien for about 2 years and I can honestly say it's changed my life. I had made a lot of progress before I joined, but when I started PT it took my fitness journey to the next level. The advice was achievable and collaborative to suit me, my life and my goals. The gym itself has everything you need, friendly helpful staff, all the equipment you need and above all else for me, the atmosphere feels right and not intimidating, never felling judged. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: PLEASE READ BEFORE JOINING HERE. I can’t believe I fell for the 4.8/5 rating on Google. I signed up without digging deeper, and I’m kicking myself for it. Even after I canceled my monthly subscription on the fourth day of signing up, they still charged me for the following month—just feels like they’re squeezing every penny they can. The equipment here is a joke. They have one stationary bike that doesn’t even work, so your only cardio choice is the treadmill. The receptionist could barely be bothered to show us around, or help. The place is damp with no air circulation. It’s honestly unpleasant. Oh, and they hand out free water bottles in exchange for positive reviews, which explains the high rating. There’s no way this place deserves a 4.8—maybe a 3.4 at best. If you want a decent gym, go to Sir Stanley Matthews Sports Centre. It’s 15 minutes away, way cleaner, cheaper, more spacious, and has everything you’d expect without the hassle.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Samien Fitness and found to be a professional and friendly place to train. My personal trainer is patient and pushes me enough to achieve results but not so much that the training becomes overwhelming. I thoroughly recommend giving this gym a try. They achieve results and promote a friendly atmosphere for both complete novices (like me) and people who have more experience.

Negative experience: scammers. When you stop going to this gym, they send you a message that you should have. warn them 30 days in advance and pay for the entire period that you did not go because they will report you to the credit inspector, which will lower your credit rating. we paid £120, the most interesting thing is that they send this message after 3 months, but after 2 months they again sent such a message so that we would pay more. An absolutely wretched place, the size of a doghouse, there aren’t even any benches for abs, rabish.

Fantastic experience: Well where do I start ! 2 months ago I would have never even thought I’d be smashing the Gym at 6am every morning. Never mind I’ve signed up to a personal trainer with Harry Shore. I really do think it’s a life changing mind set. The gyms got a lovely atmosphere and the members seem really nice and you don’t feel like you’re being judged. What I’ve seen by the Coach’s is nothing is too much trouble and advice is always on hand.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to loads of gyms in my life.. signed up.. flaked out.. they didn’t care. This gym cares. So friendly and personable. Helped me get absolutely shredded last summer and also helped me not care that I’m not shredded this summer. I had some health issues and these guys have supported me all the way, freezing my membership and then bringing me back in with all the support I needed. Since joining this gym I’ve been inspired to become a PT myself and have just completed my course. But I still go back because nothing can replace the coaching and support I get here. If you are a person who joins gyms and never goes then it’s because you haven’t joined THIS gym. Give yourself one last chance, I promise you this is the one that will stick.

Fantastic experience: Really like this gym. As someone who struggles with self confidence, I didn’t feel at all out of place being there. Everyone is friendly, staff are helpful if you need advice or queries.. Especially the gym is very neat and tidy.

Fantastic experience: I recently started my fitness/recovery journey only 4 weeks ago and have been having 121 PT sessions with Sam and I can not thank him enough, such a friendly and welcoming gym with amazing staff members including the goodest all of doggos, who just instantly makes your day. I feel fully supported and given amazing advice and never judged. The atmosphere is so comfortable and really helps with my anxiety of being disabled and a plus size woman. To be able to walk without a walking stick was one of my main aims and 4 weeks in I am already there and for me this means everything. I cant wait to continue building my strength up and recovering more with my health and my fitness and my nutrition. I 100% would recommend this gym to anyone, great equipment and a relaxed environment and amazing support. Anyone thinking of PT sessions, please do it, it's been the best thing I have ever done physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: The best and now only gym I’d ever go to. In just four months I have managed to lose 10kg of fat and build muscle mass. I couldn’t have achieved these results without the help and mentorship of Sam coaching me. All the coaches/ team are incredibly supportive and welcoming and the gym has such a friendly atmosphere. This is just the start of a long journey ahead to reach and maintain my goal but a journey I am thoroughly relishing. Sam is not only my PT but now also a great friend too!

Joining this gym through SGPT welcomed me into a collective community of people who want to achieve similar goals and encourage each other no matter of your ability. The coaches are very personable and welcoming in the gym and they all try to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. After 8 months of SGPT I decided to go for 1-1 PT with Damien. A year on from the first day I walked into the gym I have never been in better shape physically and in such a good state of mind, people often forget that working out isn’t just for changes to your physique but is a great way to strengthen your mental health and meet people with similar interests and learn new things. Fantastic experience: I decided to give small group PT a try at Samien fitness. I was a bit apprehensive to start because this was all new to me but I went in with an open mind. Months later and I have achieved so much! In my initial consultation, we discussed my goals and any potential worries I had which really put me at ease. The Small group PT sessions are honestly great, PTs push you to your optimum and give you ample encouragement. I could not have asked for a better gym too, always clean and never waiting to use any machines even through peak periods. I have not only lost weight which was one of my goals, I have gained so much strength and confidence in the gym. Don’t think twice about joining! Join NOW!

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious to step foot in a gym again having not trained for around 3 years, but Samien Fitness soon put me at ease. Great payment plans including off peak memberships with no commitment, rather than a high fees and 12 month minimum term like most gyms. Great staff and members who leave their ego at the door which every other gym I’ve been to in the past seems to lack! I would 100% recommend the Samien and their free day pass to try it out for yourselves!
