Fantastic experience: I am a senior with accumulated injuries in my legs, knees and hip joints, but the teachers there, Leon Shifu and Mrs Heather, are extremely helpful and now I am on a private course with tailored exercises for rehabilitation and reinforcement, and tai-chi training twice a month. They constantly encourage me and support me through lessons and emails, which have been extremely helpful as I tend to lose focus, feeling rather pessimistic. My current goal is to complete the routine of 24 forms tai-chi and to be able to perform it with confidence. Amazing school for children, youth and young adults, but also really great for injured seniors like myself.

Fantastic experience: A place where you will become the best version of yourself in a friendly, non-judgmental environment where all walks of life can learn and train under one tutelage. Lots of support from senior students and the finest teaching from in my opinion a true Sifu who knows his stuff, gets right to it and teaches the system as it was passed down to him. This school is a rare gem and somewhere I am honoured to call my home. Strongly recommend Loong Fu school and Lam Family Hung Kuen a truly comprehensive and practical martial art.

Fantastic experience: Some time ago, I walked in the kung fu school to try the class.The experience was indescribable. My life began to change. I loved it so much and kept going back.Years on and nothing else substitutes this experience. It is the best decidion i have done and one im ever so proud to lean on as i go through my life. The teaching of our sifu Leon Dogan has shaped my life, my character and has been the major factor of my personal and professional development. "Kung fu is everywhere "Sifu said and I am grateful to experience this every day in everything I do. What I used to think was a limitation at one point it is now not just an opportunity to grow but a strength of mine. I have acheived things i never thought i would. Confidence, endurance, right mind set,fitness,discipline,courage,control are just few of the benefits . To me It is the best philosophy and a way of living life. Fantastic experience: I have been doing kung fu for many years now and have enjoyed many different teachers throughout. That said, when I joined this school 6 years ago, it changed my life and took my passion for kung fu to another level! Sifu has a natural ability to get the best out of his students . He is kind, patient and encouraging to every one - he works you hard but, at the same time, makes each and every session unique and, as such, enjoyable. The school has a wonderful spirit - we all share the same love for kung fu and with Sifu’s support and expert guidance we all grow. I couldn’t recommend Sifu and his school any more!

Fantastic experience: I started training at Loong Fu a number of years ago, arriving as a tragically unfit and somewhat lazy young man, and have not regretted it for a moment. Though challenging, training has given me confidence in myself and the capacity to perform on a level which I would never have expected, both in sparring with others and single person performance sets. Unlike many other places, there are no egos and everyone seeks the best in themselves and eachother, leading to a sense of kinship and pushing you to your best. As for Leon, the instructor, his passion for martial arts and thorough knowledge of his style shines through in every lesson, whether it be his very specific instructions on on elbow positions in Tai chi or or his patience for those of us for a low horse stance is a long-term dream. I think it is rare to find an instructor with such dedication to his style and students. I would happily recommend this club to anyone seeking to better themselves, and willing to challenge themselves for it.

Negative experience: This is the 3rd time I went there and place is shut..very disappointed as no communication beforehand and after texting calling, no answer. They are good in the activities but not professional when it comes to communication. Will not go again.

Fantastic experience: My kids love it here and cant wait to come back to their next lesson. Very welcoming, friendly and informative. The location is super convenient and inside is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Superb. Thank you.
