Positive experience: Great facility and nice staff. Its a brilliant sensory experience for newborns and family swimming play session with main lights turned down and coloured ambient lighting. The showers are cold though

Positive experience: Swimming lessons are great but the comms are confusing and incorrect. For example, the email confirmation says that the lessons are at a different school to where it is, and the sign that indicates that the hydro pool is there, has a hedge over grown in front of it. Also, a kit list would be helpful as I wasn't aware that a swim hat would be needed, and there was no one at the reception to ask when we arrived

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for hydrotherapy. I take a client with me, and she loves it. However, our session time has changed from Monday lunchtime to Wednesday evening, which was not good. I've emailed management as has my clients partner and my company, but we have had no reply, which we all thought was very rude and inconsiderate, with a don't care attitude.

Negative experience: We went today for the first time with our 5 month old baby. Pool is a really good size , lovely and warm and great with the lights off. The major downside is the changing facility’s or lack of. It’s one room split by some dividers so there is no real privacy , you are changing babies on a hospital bed and it’s a bit crazy when your trying to change whilst the next session is too. Not sure if we will be going again.

Negative experience: It’s affordable but the changing rooms are atrocious! No privacy or lockers for valuables and belongings if you’re lucky you might get given a bucket for your things which can be accessed by anybody. The pool was a nice size and the lights were lovely however the whole place was just extremely unhygienic. You’re expected to change your baby on something similar to a hospital bed on wheels and there is only 2 for the women’s side of the room, the changing room is one large room split by a folding room divider on wheels which doesn’t give much privacy at all. I wont be going again

Fantastic experience: I take my baby there for swimming lessons and they are fabulous! The little ones learn lots in just 30min. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Come here regularly with our toddler. Changing facilities are tight however it’s a great thing to do with small kids.

Fantastic experience: Love this pool staff really friendly and helpful , pool us always a lovely temp. The dim the lights and have projections on the walls and ceiling the kids love it and with music playing it great sensory play in the water , they have swimming aids to use and toys . I have been brinig my kids here for year when they are baby's the eldest boy is 5 now , the youngest 1 Yr fell asleep alot to start with when he was a baby because of the lovely temp

Positive experience: Lovely warm pool with friendly and helpful staff. Good instructors on the hydrocise classes. No 2 sessions the same, very varied exercises in each class.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic pool for babies. Nice and warm with good changing facilities. I would request a baby changing table in the men's section however, as they're isn't one currently.

Fantastic experience: My Daughter booked the pool exclusively for 5 of us today so we could see our Grandson's swimming skills. The pool was clean and lovely and war. The staff were very helpful. Recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went with my Daughter and Grandson who is 18months old to the under 5 session,it was amazing felt very safe with knowledgeable staff and there was noodles,toys and floats to use,my grandson loved it when lights turned down and sensory lights put on, will definitely go again.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. The staff are friendly and relaxed and the Hydro 4 fibro that I attend is brilliant. There are other excellent courses for babies and for general fitness

Fantastic experience: Thrilled this place is open again,have missed it so much! I've a personalized exercise plan to benefit my prolapsed disc and osteoporosis. Wonderful warm pool,super lovely and efficient staff, easy parking,just fab. Has all the appropriate equipment for profound disabilities too. Lots of different therapies available. Thank goodness this facility is near me and that we haven't lost it. Truly hope it continues to thrive. Is Covid ruling compliant.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities for children and adults. Lovely warm pool, soft lighting, and lots of different floats etc to help children who want to learn to swim. Definitely will be going there again.

Fantastic experience: My baby girl Erin loves this pool it's lovely and warm and they put music and lights on so it's sensory also will continue to go once a week. It's 5'50 per adult and a pound for the little ones would recommend this to anyone mum's or if u just wanted to relax.
