Positive experience: Place is decent, coming from JD to here...it is worlds a part. Selection of machines are just unmatched, even the members are nice. Went in immediately greeting by the manager, told him that it was my first time and he offered a tour straight out of the gates, demo'd machines that I was unsure of... The music, the vibe..it's all pretty spot on. I've been in gyms for the last 12 years and this is definitely up there with one of the best. Car park area is a little on the small side but wasn't impossible to park on so it would be nice to see a little bit more parking going forward but plenty adequate enough for what they need right now. All in all, facility brilliant, machine top notch, staff friendly, helpful and clearly have a passion for fitness. Highly highly recommend. Edit: Review lowered as the gym does not have any sort of aircon and there is a large proportion of the gym which is windowed so it makes the machines incredibly hot. Even training late at night around 23:00 it wouldn't be out of the realms of possibility for it to still be over 30 degrees in the gym itself. Needs to have aircon.

Fantastic experience: Quality equipment, quality price better than any gym I’ve tried in Stoke/Newcastle area and I have tried pretty much all of them. Good environment in this gym which i feel is crucial

Fantastic experience: A lot of hammer strength equipment which is ideal. Metal plates feels old school which is a welcome change to most commercial gyms. Has everything you need and more it’s a gym that feels like it was set up by someone who actually trains. Can’t fault it at the moment.
