Fantastic experience: My son is autistic/adhd and joining KickFit has been a very good experience for him. Not only has he learnt confidence he’s also managing to stay focused for a little longer than he usually would. KickFit has become a positive routine in his life and he looks forward to attending every session. His Shihan has been extremely supportive, helpful and has a wealth of knowledge around SEN kids which has really eased my own anxieties. I would recommend KF to all. Keep up the amazing work guys.

Fantastic experience: My five-year-old initially enrolled in the Little Champs programme and I soon noticed a positive change in his confidence and levels of activity. My son loves the classes and I have found the instructors to be very considerate and technically-astute, who interact really well with the children. It’s important to be clear about expectations : a 5 year old isn’t going to become the next Karate Kid in a year but rather this is laying down the foundations for the Junior and Cadet programmes. I soon joined the Adults training programme myself and have really enjoyed the training so far. It’s a great workout with a real sense of camaraderie and you learn important self-defence and combat skills. I think it has improved my self-discipline as well, and has helped increase my capacity for physical exertion. Overall, I highly rate the KickFit setup and would recommend it for both kids and adults.

Fantastic experience: I initially started my introduction to KickFit (Slough) by bringing my step daughter to classes . Just from a personal perspective , I chose to stay and observe each lesson as I was interested to see how and what the students were being taught . It soon became apparent to me that the coaching team were very professional , polite and aware of each of the students’ abilities and limitations . By the time she had progressed to Cadet classes I had seen a huge improvement in her general demeanour and confidence and I soon started to get an inkling that taking up adult classes myself could greatly benefit me too …….. so I took the plunge (much to her embarrassment …lol) . That was 6 months ago , I am now progressing toward my first intermediate belt grading , I’ve also recently signed up for the fighting foundation JuJitsu classes and I can honestly say the benefits are tremendous , can’t thank the coaching staff enough . Most importantly , my step daughter has forgiven me ...lol !! she still loves going to class and we are really enjoying this journey together . Thank you all at KickFit !!

Fantastic experience: Both myself and my older two children have trained with them and all achieved our black belts. Now my youngest is working towards getting his black belt too, the instructors are great and keep me informed of his progress.

Fantastic experience: My son has been going to kickfit for a few years now and has reached to be tested for black belt in March 2022 He has had a few set backs but the instructors are always there to help and guide my son My son has ADHD, ASD and the instructors are great with him they give him their time and understands his needs My son will always ask for advice from one of the instructors Sensei Warwick who always has time for him and helps and supports him When lockdown happened Sensei Warwick gave my son one to one lessons to help support his confidence as it was all online and he just couldn't do it as it was so different to in person classes They will go ubove and beyond to help anyway they can to keep them going Kickfit has helped my son so much and he enjoys going to class

Fantastic experience: Great place to start your martial arts training. My son has been a member since October 2018 and is enjoying every lesson and grown so much in confidence. Instructors are fantastic with the students and make the lessons just as fun. In class training as well as online training is fantastic, because a lesson will never be missed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Kickfit instructors are supportive and encouraging and always push you to improve your fitness & stamina . They are mindful of individual limitations and don't push a " one size fits all " method of teaching. Both my children have attended class since they were very young and it is testament to the instructors that my eldest is still training after 15 years. Also, I must mention that the whole school and staff adapted quickly and positively during lockdowns. I am sure I wasn't the only one grateful for their online classes!
