I absolutely love this space, it's well kept, clean, beautifully organized and you can tell Rob really takes his time to get to know the members of this gym, as soon as I walked in Rob came to say hello and introduce himself. You can tell he really has really taken the time to create a lovely gym! I can't wait to start a full membership here in June!

Fantastic experience: Honestly we’re both so grateful for this gym. It’s got such good equipment and space and it’s never too busy so you can always go on all the machines (although I’ve not been during peak hours). The owner is so so lovely and cares about his customers experiences so it’s always clean and well kept

Fantastic experience: If your looking for somewhere quiet, with a well maintained great selection of CV equipment, resistance machines and free weights then this is the place to go. Easy to use online booking system in place in order to ensure numbers of people using the gym are controlled, the owner ensures the equipment is cleaned between appointments, there is changing and shower facilities and on-site car parking. All round the best gym I have used!
