Positive experience: Excellent and relaxing body massage, a little noisy outside at times but would recommend and definitely return

Fantastic experience: I joined Restore in September last year having lost almost 4 stone in weight. I had more weight to lose but was also conscious about toning following the loss. Since then I have lost another 2.5 stone and have barely any loose skin - for which I’m truly grateful for . Bootcamp used to be my most challenging class, is now my favourite! It’s made me feel so much fitter and more confidence in my abilities for all other classes, it’s hard to describe in words but I enjoy it so much. Once a month there is a 1.5 hour marina bootcamp and from the first time when 2 other members practically had to drag me up the hill, last time we did it, I dragged the new lady who was struggling up the hill and it was the best feeling! I’m very much an over thinker, and have struggled with mental health, but yoga really helps with this, providing a calm space in my head. Spinning is amazing for toning and changing your body shape, and it’s also really addictive because you see results quite quickly! All the instructors are really different but all really helpful, and Carole who runs the place is always available to give advice should you need it, on working specific areas of your body or what classes are best for you! I can’t recommend it enough

Fantastic experience: The restore team create a wellness lifestyle of all the clients. Both group and individual classes, they do it all. I find the team highly knowledgeable and professional and the Tamworth center is nicely equipped. Virtually the whole family goes there, from yoga, to PT, to Kuk Sool... I love it! I highly recommend Restore for anyone that wants to adopt a healthy lifestyle and improve their fitness!
