Fantastic experience: Excellent facility with incredibly friendly and engaging staff! Clean and welcoming. A spacious facility and well equipped gym which also has: a sports hall / basketball court, squash courts and decent changing facilities!

Fantastic experience: Chester’s hidden gym gem! Tucked away on the Chester Business Park, Nuffield's Cawley House gym is definitely worth considering if you are looking to start the gym for the first time or you have been training for years and want to level up. The gym is immaculately clean, has a full range of equipment and is quiet even at those peak times! The gym has a variety of classes, but Friday’s boot camp with Jim is definitely a winner. Jim is so friendly and welcoming, is always smiling and never fails to make the classes fun and a good laugh! 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic and friendly team of instructors who provide a varied set of classes. Classes are adapted for those who have niggles or are struggling with moves with little or no notice. Personal training is also available. There's also plenty of free parking when you visit. Always a friendly greeting and a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
