Negative experience: Doesn’t exist anymore, phone number disconnected, social media not used. Thought we’d turn up anyway and naturally it’s locked. Someone needs to update it on google. Apparently it’s a boxing gym now…

Fantastic experience: Went there for the first time to get some strongwomen training in for a up coming event . The staff couldnt of been more helpful one in particular wish I'd known his name .He gave me his straps to help with axle deadlifts . I've never used straps before and he showed me how to use them . So much easier aye . Also other gym members were very friendly . They have everything I need for training and some . Look forward to coming back tomorrow and again and again . Keep up the good work ❤

Fantastic experience: Been using this gym while working away and I’ve got to say it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to! Staff are extremely friendly and take their time to know you, they have a good selection of equipment and are expanding. They are always open to suggestions and tend to follow through! Day pass rate is perfect and you’re free to use whatever you want whether it’s the tyres and sand bags or the free weights! Everyone is friendly and always happy to give advice or just help out with a spot! So gutted I don’t have anything like this back home!!

Fantastic experience: What a great place. It has everything you need to train in one place, even Strongman/woman equipment. The staff are so helpful and very proffesional and can't do enough to help. Definatly the new place to go.
