Fantastic experience: We have started to use the EMS at Aspire Fitness in Taunton and have started to see positive changes already. We may also start to undertake more activities that are on offer.

Fantastic experience: Great family karate sessions. My son (10) and I train here regularly. Scott manages to balance the session just right, so we both get a good enjoyable workout. I would highly recommend these sessions for any parent, child or individual.

Fantastic experience: Aspire offer a huge range of different classes for all abilities, ages and interests. There's no need to travel to several different training venues, they have it all.

Fantastic experience: My daughter uses Aspire weekly for Karate lessons. I have also used Aspire for Kickboxing and the EMS. Aspire has a range of fitness options and welcome beginners and all abilities. The team at Aspire, led by Scott, are always friendly and welcoming making Aspire the perfect wellbeing environment! Great location and parking.

Fantastic experience: Aspire fitness and Karate is a great facility to have in Taunton, not just Karate but a multi disciplined fitness studio. I would highly recommend giving it a go.
