Fantastic experience: Brilliant tutor Denise in Pilates. Inspirational and great fun.

Fantastic experience: Just had another fantastic session of working out and pilates with Denise my personal trainer at Watt Studios of Brighhouse. The Studio is well established in the district now into its fourth year. Denise and her team are experienced, highly qualified and experienced in all kinds of disciplines which are available at the Studio. Denise often goes the extra mile offering bespoke training packages, mindfulness and help. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she has hundreds of supporters and has helped many people get into shape and learn to love themselves. Lots of new and exciting projects in the future as well. I have been working with Denise for over six months now and have lost over 3 stones.

Fantastic experience: A very warm welcome awaits you at Watt Studios. It's a really happy place and the owner Denise is lovely. There are a wide variety of classes attended by every age and size of person with different fitness abilities which instantly makes you feel at ease. The atmosphere alone is infectious and you soon feel part of the Watt Studio family. All the instructors really know their stuff and will tailor the classes for each fitness level. There is a seating area with a cafe which overs hot and cold drinks with various snacks. The membership is very reasonable and if like me you are hooked it's well worth it. I honestly can't not recommend Watt Studios enough it is amazing and has changed me so much in the 4 weeks I've been going.

Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have this place in brighouse! I am a total gymphobe but Denise instantly puts you at ease. She is so motivating and encouraging. The other instructors are equally as fab; love Lisa's taste in music for bikes :) If you are undecided please just text densise and book on. After years of not going to a gym I now go at least twice a week. Classes are adapted for those who may need breaking in ;)

Fantastic experience: Don't like the gym but want to get fit, this is the place for you. What ever your abilities are you can be catered for. No one will judge you only encourage.
