Positive experience: Well appointed gym. Some great pieces of kit. Squat machine, hamstring curl and extension all perfect. Easy to find, parking pay by the day, friendly staff

Fantastic experience: As the coach/team manager of the Newmarket rugby clubs girls teams, we arranged with Fit Factory to run bi-weekly fitness sessions at the gym as both an effort to get them fitter during pre-season, but also to help them become accustomed to gyms. The second reason is why we chose to work with Fit Factory because they have created a very inclusive and open gym community and have a focus on girls and women having a safe and friendly space to workout. This is also one of our key aims. These sessions have been created to help cater to the girls rugby needs and excellently supported and led. They’ve all thoroughly enjoyed the sessions so far and are looking at joining the gym fully! They have every machine you could possibly need and a lot of free weights to use also! Overall, it’s a very clean, well run and friendly gym who care about their members and their fitness needs!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend signing up to Fit Factory Gym! Sharon is an absolute GEM. She has helped me gain the confidence I need to feel good about myself, and she is always so encouraging and she pushes me to be the healthiest version of myself. The girls that lift classes are amazing! They teach you how to use all the gym equipment without any judgement. And the best part? It is a woman only class! If you are looking for a place to build your confidence with supportive staff, look no further than Fit Factory!

Fantastic experience: I go to the “ladies that lift” class on a Saturday morning. It’s a good work out, but great fun with a fab group of ladies. Would recommend this class to all levels of gym goers out there! Start your Saturday the right way. :)

Fantastic experience: A great gym with great people. Always a warm welcome, Sharon and the team cannot do enough for you. Woman only gym sessions on a Saturday, Boxing for kids, Pt sessions and Bootcamps, there is literally something for everyone. If you want to improve your fitness in a friendly and supportive environment, I cannot recommend it enough.
