Fantastic experience: Great club very friendly and professional Paul is a great instructor and really knows his stuff my son has been training there for 2 years now and I have been training there nearly a year great atmosphere and loads of opportunities to get title belts and attend gym shows nothing is to much bother at Falcon would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: This club has done soo much for my son the owner is very professional and organised my son been attending for just over 5 years now, and unfortunately we have moved area he misses his routine of sparing and training the owner is very helpful and has been more rooe model figure to him and have tot his patience and disaplain

Fantastic experience: Best place ever. Paul the coach is very funny but sometimes strict, but always supportive and helpful. I can't believe how I started of weak and helpless now I have got stronger and more confident. The place has 18 bags in total, a gym area and a ring for sparing. Suggested by me. 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: This is a brilliant club, I would recommend to all to ages and gender. You are made to feel very welcome, Paul is a great trainer and takes the time to show you things properly. I have been attending the classes for over a year now, I feel so much better for it. Go get fitter and learn how to defend yourself at the same time.

Negative experience: The staff I had were really rude muttered swears and it was the worst experience the days are dreadful that’s why I joined ldg in chadwell heath
