Our friendly and experienced team are here to find the perfect exercises for every individual. Our ethos means each of our clients will enjoy safe and effective workouts designed around their needs, goals and fitness levels.
We’ve built long-term relationships, with many clients staying for a decade or more. You’ll always be greeted by name and treated as part of the family.
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by Sue or a team member, shown around our studio, and guided through a gentle, 30-minute Power Plate class tailored to your needs.
We’ll listen to your goals, answer your questions (no jargon, just clear, honest advice), and never pressure you to join. Many people who try a class with us continue for months or even years!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Healthy Vibes now for 7 years and totally enjoy the classes and friendly atmosphere. I have had a knee replacement this has helped my pre opp fitness and my recovery. I was back at the class 6 weeks after the operation
Fantastic experience: I have been attending the power plate classes for several years. It's fun, tailored to a busy life with intense half hour sessions. Sue and Fin are knowledgeable and put in thought and consideration when planning the sessions and individual needs. I now have strength and healthy body definition. As someone now turned 60 it good to have HV nearby to maintain my body and bone strength. Thanks healthy vibes x
Fantastic experience: I have been attending Healthy Vibes 3xweekly for many years and really enjoy it. I have made many friends there as the groups are small but friendly. Finney is a great instructor and makes each session interesting, whilst encouraging us to push ourselves. I feel more flexible and stronger and believe these classes have helped me to stay healthy.

Fantastic experience: After having a badly broken ankle I needed to get back into exercise, these Power Plate classes have really helped after only a few weeks, improving my core strength, muscle tone and balance. The classes are fast, small and friendly with great teachers Sue and Finney paying attention to your workout. Incorporating different equipment into the 30 minute workout, its a very effective way of toning up and feeling healthier.
Fantastic experience: The classes are small, which allows for the exercises to be adapted to your needs, if there's something you struggle to do. They're only 30 minutes long as well, so very easy to fit into your day.The instructors are very nice and they keep an eye on you throughout the session to make sure you are OK and doing the exercises right! Exercising on a power plate is a gentle way to strengthen your body and stay flexible, made more challenging by the various bits of equipment you use throughout the sessions, such as a Pilates ring, leg weights, dumb bells etc. Give it a try!

Fantastic experience: A friendly place that keeps me from seizing up! An important factor with power plates, for the over sixties, is improving and maintaining balance. Works for me. Since posting,I've come across several references on the media to the possible complications from Vaginal Mesh Surgery. I can have no opinion on that, but I can commend power plates pelvic floor exercises and presume that it must be better to try something non-invasive first.

Cosy classes with a fun bunch, knowledgable teachers and good music. I've always shied away from strength based exercise but these are perfect and over in 30mins with time for a massage at the end!

Fantastic experience: Finney is an excellent teacher and I have been keeping fit for years here by attending just 2 x 30 minute Power Plates sessions each week. It's easy and fun, everyone is friendly and it's a lovely bright fitness studio, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I joined Healthy Vibes a year ago with a long list of health issues—plantar fasciitis, knee and back pain, poor sleep, and overweight. Fast forward to today, and those problems are gone! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and guided my recovery carefully, making sure I didn’t risk injury (which has happened to me with other exercise programs). Powerplates are amazing—they pack in so many benefits in just 30 minutes: weight-bearing (especially important for women), flexibility, core strength, and balance. While I loath exercise, the benefits are more than enough to get me hooked!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic 30 minute classes that build strength and give a full body workout. I love that I can fit a class in during my lunch break when I’m working from home. Alongside the power plates, classes include weights, resistance bands and Pilates hoops. Sessions vary so that your body doesn’t get used to doing the same thing every time. You can work at your own fitness level but also challenge yourself as Sue and Finny give options depending on your circumstances. I have been going to classes for around a year and I can see changes in my body and feel stronger with less joint pain. It’s a brilliant way to incorporate resistance training into your life - the vibe is friendly and the small classes mean everyone gets guidance from the trainers.
Fantastic experience: I've been having personal training with Finny for just over a year.I really enjoy the sessions & have become a lot fitter - she is great & tailors the exercises to work around issues such as my hip replacement.I was delighted to get my DXA results back recently & discovered that bone density in my hip was the same as 3 years ago BUT the density in my spine had significantly improved .I was surprised as the technician doing the scan told me it was rare for the bone density to improve at my age.I would thoroughly recommend Power Plates as a great way to exercise - just X2 30 minute sessions per week have made a big difference
Fantastic experience: Really great free trial personal training session today! Finni was absolutely brilliant, very sensitive to my needs, intuitive, clear and encouraging. Finni made sure the atmosphere was accessible for me as well by turning off lights, switching on a fan, and turning down the music, which really made me feel welcome and comfortable and that my system could relax and settle into the practice. I appreciated these things so much. Finni led me through a great work out that was thoughtfully paced my body felt good doing, was challenging and achievable, and in a really nice atmosphere, with really clear direction about posture, core support, details, breath etc. Sue was a friendly face with a clear very positive mission for the place too, and we had a lovely chat before and after. Also nice decor with plants, chairs, cool water to drink and reminders to hydrate, tips about after care. Pretty amazing all as part of a free trial!! I’ll be back for more.

Fantastic experience: The anti gym - full of lovely people, all doing what makes them feel good in an environment where no one is judged and everyone says hello. I love it, Sue is brilliant, the power-plate instructors are attentive and help you make the most from every class.
Fantastic experience: Since attending the Power Plates classes I feel so much fitter, healthier and stronger. I’ve struggled with my weight after having four children however power plates have helped me lose weight and get tighter. Sue (the owner) is amazing, she’s extremely helpful and very welcoming. Healthy Vibes also do Laser Lipo, Slim Tech and the Aqua bike, all of which help with fitness and fat loss. Fantastic experience: I have been doing slimtech and vibration plate training for abut 8 weeks 2 or 3 times a week and lost over half stone...and I never lose weight!. Feeling toned and fitter. Everyone is also very friendly.
Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the incredible team at Healthy Vibes highly enough. I’ve been taking the power plate classes for 5 weeks and they have completely changed my body and how I feel about it. The classes are fun and interesting, the instruction is second to none, and the results have blown me away. The staff are professional, inspirational, positive and kind, bringing out the very best in you. The most effective exercise I have ever done, packaged into super-convenient 30 minute sessions. It’s a real highlight in my day!
Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. The fitness trainers are professional kind and helpful. The owner Sue is so rude,pushy and impatient Made mistake in counting paid sessions.She admitted the first time but second time made big argument and she slammed the door into my face when I was trying to reason she categorically refused to listen and she placed her hands on my arms to push me out!!!!! I definitely would not recommend Healthy Vibes to anyone I sincerely suggest Sue to attend a Customer Service skill course and improve her personal skills. The star is for the trainers as for Sue she can get a big fat zero.

Fantastic experience: I love Healthy Vibes. I have been coming to the studio for about 2 years and it has been a revelation. I have 3 kids under the age of 7 so time is a big factor for me. The fact that I can exercise in a class that is only 30 minutes is fantastic and there is a choice of Slimtech and Power Plates so it is never boring. Sue is extremely helpful and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. By coming to Healthly Vibes you can really change your body shape and keep fit all at the same time. I love it so much, my husband has also joined now too!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Healthy Vibes for just over two years and I can thoroughly recommend it. It has a very welcoming atmosphere, Sue the owner is delightful, nothing is too much trouble for her and her instructors Finney and Russell are second to none, what they don't know about health and fitness isn't worth knowing. The whole studio is clean and spotless and smells so fresh when you enter.Both the plates and slim tech are great fun to use and tone you up in no time and as there are only a maximum of four people per class it is almost like having personal training. I would defy anyone to try it and not enjoy it as much as I do

Fantastic experience: Powerpleates are an excellent way to exercise as you have to focus and your entire body gets a workout. Because there are only four plates, the instructors keep a close eye on each of us and cater for any physical problems and work around them with you. Very professional and at the same time friendly atmosphere all round. I can only highly recommend Healthy Vibes.
Fantastic experience: "Healthy Vibes" is a great fitness studio, Suzanne the owner is always ready to help and make sure that you enjoy your Power Plate session., the trainers are the same, they judge your ability and your limits, it also allows you to have a complete body workout in just 30 minutes. Fantastic experience: I love Healthy Vibes. The power plate instructors are awesome - really knowledgeable, professional and motivating. The classes are fast paced with no hanging about so you get results very quickly indeed. I've also tried the slimtech vacuum therapy and laser lipo which are great and very reasonably priced. The owner, Sue, is a lovely lady who goes the extra mile. She has bags of personality which she uses to keep you on track and remind you to put your health and fitness first. The venue is modern, clean and welcoming - it feels like going to a spa. I would highly recommend the place.
