Fob system entry cost you fiver when you start and returned when you return the fob. Pay by cash or card. Money box inside aswell to post payments if you don't catch the staff.

Friendly staff.good equipment.Been going to this gym nearly 20years.Now it's 24hrs.This is definitely one of the best gyms in the area.Everyone gets on with each other.No ego's just lads working out.Good equipment might be a little bit old but good and strong.Typical back street gym.Not one of these Namby Pamby gyms.If you want results then get down to fitness connection.
