Fantastic experience: The best Gym just got better.... I don't think I have ever seen a gym owner invest so much in his members to ensure they have the best possible training experience. No matter what time of the day you go it's never crowded, and the atmosphere is super friendly. There is every perceivable piece of equipment you need, a mass of free weights and just recently some of the best and top notch Cardio equipment has been installed. It's spotlessly clean, with the showering facilities immaculate I can't say enough how brilliant Be Modified is. Thank you Jakub and the team for being a diligent gym owner. Also a huge congrats to Mel, the coffee and cakes in the Café are delicious and a great place to catch up after training:)

Fantastic experience: Very good gym & one of very, very few over the years where I feel truly comfortable in the gym environment. Been going here around 20 months now, really good high level equipment, very social, great staff, clean, tidy, everything in its place - a huge well done to the staff, a huge 5* from me!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Did a casual day visit while travelling. Really impressed. So well equipped - multiple power racks, big rack of dumbbells huge variety of machines and accessories for cables etc. I was like a kid in a candy store. Friendly welcoming vibe. Will be back if I get a chance while staying in the area!

Negative experience: I joined this gym for a month a half I really enjoyed it at the start the equipment was there and had a feel great atmosphere. However there was one particular staff member who made me feel unwelcome and was quite rude to me. I didn’t think of it at first but it got increasingly worse. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I had to completely stop my membership due to my mental health and I’ve never experienced this feeling when going to other gym.

Fantastic experience: Amazing family owned gym! Full of carefully selected old-school and new era equipment, with some very rare cybex and nautilus plate and pin loaded machines. Equipped with a full cardio suite including treadmills and steppers. Posing room, massage therapist. Personal trainers and bodybuilding coaches. They also have a fully stocked supplement selection, a wide range of bars and macro friendly ready made meals from a food prep company. I would highly recommend this training facility, especially to those who are very into equipment selection. Even gym newbies are welcome as the owner is very nice and is always there to give advice. Memberships are well priced and day passes are available.
