Fantastic experience: Hive is the best exercise experience ever! Jenny is super supportive and really knows her stuff, her classes are really varied and the PT sessions are clear, effective, and fun! The Hive community is amazing and full of wonderful people, I feel lucky to get to be a part of it. 10/10 would do penalty burpees again.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Hive for over two years while now, and I can't recommend it enough! The sessions are a great mix of challenging workouts with options to scale exercises to your own fitness level, making it perfect for all abilities. The PT instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, not only about fitness and strength training but also about injury prevention and recovery, which has been a huge help for me. What sets this group apart is how inclusive and supportive it is – there's a great social side alongside the workouts, making it fun without being too serious. With lots of class times to fit around full-time work and Bootcamp outdoor sessions in the summer, it's been amazing for both my physical fitness and mental wellbeing. I've noticed a real improvement in my fitness and feel much fitter and stronger. If you're looking for a South Bristol fitness group that helps you get fitter in a supportive, friendly environment, I couldn't recommend Hive enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Hive fitness classes since Nov 2023 and love how they challenge me and have made me so much stronger. Jenny is a fabulous instructor who is highly motivating and will always give an alternative exercise to suit ability/injury needs. I have now built up to 4 sessions a week and have never looked back. The Hive community that Jenny has built up is so welcoming and I would highly recommend Hive to anyone wanting to improve their fitness.

Fantastic experience: Jenny is the best PT, she always encourages me and knows how to push me to my max in a safe and fun way without me having a complete burn out! I have trained with Jenny for several years now on and off and she has honestly been my saviour on so many occasions, I know that I can depend on Jen to get me back on track when I loose my way nutrionally and fitness wise She always has a huge smile on her face and I consider Jen as not just a PT but a friend ☺️ I would happily recommend Jen to absolutely anyone, despite their age or ability as she adapts your workouts to suit. Fantastic experience: I started training with Jen back in 2022 and in the two years since my knowledge, confidence and ability to train has improved out of sight. Not only are classes designed to push you, they are genuinely fun to attend with a great atmosphere. She makes classes accessible for all abilities and now has made me enjoy exercise.

Fantastic experience: We started with Jenny mid June 2023 to get wedding ready and haven't looked back. Starting off with PT sessions to attending 4 classes a week. We have really noticed the difference as have lost a significant amount of weight and upped our muscle mass. This is also due to Jenny helping to transform our diet to get the results we want. Jenny is really supportive and motivational in a really relatable way. The classes are really varied, in 18 months of attending classes no two have been the same.

Fantastic experience: Jenny has been so supportive - we’ve been going to Hive classes and having PT sessions for 18 months now. In that time I’ve lost over 3 stone yet gained so much confidence in myself. Jenny has a great approach, is very supportive but equally ambitious and knows just when encouragement is needed. Every Hive class is different, fuelled by motivational music and tailored advice. I would 100% recommend Jenny and Hive classes, it’s been life changing - thank you Jenny.

Jenny has curated a fantastic group of fitness enthusiasts in which all levels of ability are catered for and welcomed enthusiastically. Whether you're beginning your exercise journey or have been training for a number of years, Jenny's classes will offer you progression that pushes at the boundaries of your strength and cardio vascular abilities in a healthy and balanced approach. Whilst delivered in a group setting, Jenny's instruction in classes offers individual pointers, progressions and regressions, as well as a real investment in you as an individual akin to personal training. I thoroughly recommend Hive and everything Jenny has created!

Fantastic experience: I joined Hive in early 2023 and have been going 2-3 times a week ever since. Jenny is hands down the best PT and fitness instructor I’ve worked with. Her Hive bootcamp sessions are always super varied, so you never feel like you’re watching the clock. I feel much stronger and happier from regular sessions with Hive. The workouts are always fun and I love the sense of community that Jenny has built. As a mum who works from home, it’s the perfect opportunity to get out of the house and focus on myself for a bit each week. :)

Fantastic experience: I started attending Jenny’s boot camp sessions a couple of years ago and haven’t looked back since! I love the classes and Jenny is such an incredible fitness coach. She has amazing knowledge, I’ve learnt so much about strength training and general fitness since attending her classes. The classes are diverse, engaging and I always come away feeling like I’ve had a great workout and I’m in a better headspace . Fantastic experience: I started attending Hive classes about 18 months ago and it has completely changed my relationship with exercise - I no longer see it as a chore as Jenny makes the classes so interesting and varied, she is excellent at motivating you to push yourself without making you feel pressured, and she has created an incredible community among her members. Fantastic experience: I started PT sessions with Jenny at Hive 2 years ago and haven’t looked back. She blends expertise with motivation and tailors training to your specific situation and needs, building strength, fitness and confidence. Last year I tentatively joined my first Hive class and now go regularly, mixing and matching sessions to fit my week. Jenny is incredible at designing classes to avoid repetition with variations to suit all abilities, while giving the opportunity to really challenge yourself. Not only that, she has built a community at Hive that is very warm and welcoming, so I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a fitness class in the area to give it a try!

Fantastic experience: I love Hive, Jenny always brings so much energy, support and passion. Each fitness class always has so much variety. It’s like a bootcamp but better! Everyone is friendly, has a laugh while training together! Rain or shine! You won’t find an exercise class like it.

Fantastic experience: Hive Fitness Bristol is hands down the best bootcamp style class I've attended, each class is varied with easy to understand instruction and offers scalability for all fitness levels. Even though in a class setting, Jenny takes the time to understand each individuals needs to ensure we all get the best out of each session. Looking to book some personal training sessions Jenny also offers whilst continuing to enjoy the group fitness classes.

Fantastic experience: Went to Hive on a Friday night for a Group Fitness Class in Bristol around Totterdown. Great energy in the room, good people, and had Jen helping me from start to finish. Cannot wait to go again !

Fantastic experience: Hive Fitness is amazing! Jenny is a great teacher and always helps with explaining the workout moves we do. I was super nervous to start back in November 2022 as had to previous fitness experience really - but am so glad I started - Jenny made me feel super welcome and everyone who attends the evening sessions I go to are super friendly. The Hive socials are also super fun and good to meet the Team. 5/5 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent! 10/10 for Hive Fitness! After 5 months of weekly PT sessions with Jenny, I am stronger, fitter and healthier than I have been in years. Jenny’s sessions are varied, interesting and I really enjoy them. She is knowledgeable, professional and consistently positive. At the end of each session, I always feel a sense of achievement. Jenny has also helped me in other ways. When I got tendonitis, she adapted the sessions to avoid pressure on my wrist. At my request, Jenny designed a 5-minute programme that I now complete daily. I only sought help after my doctor advised exercise following my arthritis diagnosis. Having first joined a gym and never going once, I knew I needed help. I’m so glad I took that first scary step and picked up the phone. I can’t believe where I am today in terms of strength and fitness. I’m even more amazed how much I now enjoy exercise – something I never thought possible. I highly recommend Hive Fitness Thank you Jenny! Alex

Fantastic experience: I joined an outdoor fitness class during lockdown and loved Jenny’s workouts in the great outdoors! I asked Jenny if she’d give me some personal training and I now do strength training at her Southville gym. I’m 60 - and definitely not ripped! - but I am getting stronger and feel better in all kinds of ways. Jenny is a fantastic trainer and I look forward to our sessions and conversations. Jenny, if you ever want to organise a week’s bootcamp, I’m in!

Fantastic experience: When I first moved to Bristol I was introduced to Jenny’s Hive Bootcamp and it was such a breath of fresh air! Not only because the sessions are held outside in summer instead of a hot and stuffy gym, but the people and the community spirit was welcoming and uplifting. Jenny’s Hive fitness classes are always varied and tailored to suit people of all abilities. Cannot recommend Jenny enough!

Fantastic experience: Jenny’s sessions are fantastic, well thought out, challenging yet attainable, and able to be pitched at differing ability levels. Jenny is very personable and makes the sessions enjoyable with the right mix of humour, encouragement, and challenge. Fantastic experience: Really good personal training and fitness classes. It's hard work and fun, but Jenny focuses on individuals' needs, so you get a workout that supports your training goals. Most importantly, you want to go back for more. Which makes all the difference! Best Bristol Bootcamp!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Jenny’s park classes! Was a bit apprehensive going to the first one but shouldn’t have worried, Jenny was so friendly and welcoming and completely put me at ease. The class was really challenging and a great workout, but also really fun, and Jenny was able to adapt exercises to be appropriate for me. Have done several classes now and it’s really the highlight of my week! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Jenny is a great motivator and really helped me on my weight loss journey. She gives me confidence to train hard and I always look forward to training with her. Before I started my sessions with Jenny, I hadn’t done any exercise for a long time, so I was nervous but Jenny made me feel at ease and helped me enjoy exercise again. Fantastic experience: I did my first hive fitness session with Jen yesterday and it was great! Jen worked me harder than I am used to and she really made me push myself. I felt absolutely brilliant afterwards and I'm so looking forward to my next class. Jen (my wonderful sister in law) is super friendly, gives clear instructions and can adapt any exercise to suit your ability. Fantastic experience: Jenny is an absolutely fantastic instructor, she makes sure you’re pushing yourself constantly and is always there to correct your technique if you’re struggling. Hive is a very welcoming and friendly group, regardless of your fitness the workouts are tailored to include everyone’s abilities and you really feel like you’ve achieved something after a session. No workout is ever the same and Jenny is always there to keep you on your toes, can’t recommend Hive enough.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Jenny about 2 years ago as I needed to improve my fitness after health issues struck.
