Fantastic experience: I have now been a member at Olympea gym for 6+ months, such a fantastic facility for proper body building, Trevor and the team do a brilliant job running the place, i have personally lost 20kg since joining the gym. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a body building gym.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve been to whilst I lived in Sheffield - it’s absolutely not intimidating at all and feels a safe space for women. The induction, advice and support you receive is brilliant. The number of machines available is insane. Worth signing up 100% as you’ll be encouraged to keep showing up and get your workout done.

Fantastic experience: Great 24hr gym. Some heavy equipment better then most of the bigger gyms. Used a few of them but never been happier at a place like this some heavy duty punch bags aswell as a ufc style octagon. Trevor is an amazing down to earth owner whos there for his gym users in all aspects. Support local always they care as opposed to big corporations and you meet genuine people and get to be part of an amazing community

He,s there every day to help you and gives daily advice if you need it. Having a multicultural gym really makes you feel more relaxed not worrying about designer gear. I can go on my own, never would I have the confidence to do that in others - speaks volumes. Such a brilliant atmosphere - Honestly didn’t think I could ever do it OMGGG

Fantastic experience: Lived in Dubai for 18 years and never seen this kind of gym before. The machines are insane and you'll find some rare ones there too. The whole vibe and the music of this gym is what you'll need if you want to take training seriously. Skip puregym and any other commercial gym for that matter! Get down to Olympia health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: The gym is a nice break from your impersonal gym chains. It’s well stocked of machines and weights as well as selling energy drinks and good quality supplements. The owner is an OG bodybuilder so you know the whole gym has that old school vibe. Highly recommend.

The gym is run by a legend of body building Trevor Crouch who always gives great advice on both training and diet. Great atmosphere and the members always strive to support and push each other. Negative experience: Rude staff not welcoming, I pass by it everyday and I popped in to use the weighing scale. I went in and the gym owner literally stood in my way and greeted me with "what are you after!!" it felt more like he was saying get off my property. May be he profiled me by "non-white" appearance and he judged that I will not be his customer. I might have thought about joining as it so close to my house but not after the insulting incident.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Olympia Health & Fitness enough!!! I joined at the beginning of June desperately looking to lose weight and tone up. From the get go Trevor was so welcoming, supportive and informative - I had minimal experience with gyms, and only really touched on the more commercial chain gyms, which I found intimidating, so I was apprehensive about joining a gym at all! After my first visit I knew that this would be the best place for me. I started my fitness journey with Anna (personal trainer), and I can wholeheartedly say I’m loving coming here! Everyone is so lovely, and there’s a great mix of people, all shapes, sizes and backgrounds - it’s so inclusive and you’d never feel out of place! The gym itself has all you need, and everyone there is willing to help if you’re unsure on anything. After only just over a month of doing 2 sessions per week, I’m noticing changes in my figure - 2 inches gone from the waistline, some muscle definition, and even visible cheekbones! I can’t wait to see how much I can improve here, and would recommend this gym, Trevor, and Anna to anyone considering joining!

Fantastic experience: This is undoubtedly the BEST gym in Sheffield! The kit is far greater than you'll get in any mainstream gym. If your serious about building muscle and getting fit then definitely skip the chain gyms and get to Olympia Health & Fitness. I'm going through personal training there with Trevor and he is awesome! I've got some serious and complicated medical conditions which he is navigating very thoughtfully. I'm only a few weeks into training and weight is down, strength is up and most importantly I have finally found a gym I love to train in!

Fantastic experience: Traveled 120 miles to visit olympia and meet Trevor who's is a legend in the body building game. On entering 1st point of call was Trevor himself.. warm friendly welcome which I didnt expect as usualy gym owners are ignorant.. As for the gym and equipment top notch and a great colour scheme. Not 2 hot not 2 cold.. What a humble giant guy.. I will be returning

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, it has an old school feel with a modern customer service approach. Trevor has given me some great advice and helped me with supplements, the guy has bundles of knowledge and is always willing to spend some time with gym members. Ive been to many gyms around Sheffield including the chain ones, but this one is by far the best. Great facilities, Great machines, Octagon for martial arts even has onsite massage room. Located halfway up rutland road its not far from the city center and only takes me a 5 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk.

Since I have been working out I have improved my fitness levels and Trevor aka T has improved my overall eating habits with a nutritional diet plan. This gym is second to none. Fantastic experience: i would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who’s wanting to take fitness seriously this gym has all the right equipment for muscle gain, i also like the fact they have a range of cardio equipment and boxing facilities and a fitness studio which makes this more accessible for men and women and not just male dominated the owner is really friendly and will go out of his way to help you achieve your goals i would 100 percent recommend this gym !!!

Trevor is a gentleman and really helps you plan and reach your full potential, he's a professional athlete that knows his stuff and you will go far with 1-2-1 PT with him, I find this gym different to most I have been to as Trevor cares on your goals even if you're just a member without 1-2-1, and always happy to help with any advice you need. Overall I feel comfortable training at this gym when I have found it hard getting back into it after the pandemic. Thumbs up from me
