Fantastic experience: Excellent club. Very professional and dedicated to coaching all people to a high standard, at their own pace. My granddaughter has developed excellent motivational skills and being part of the group has made her feel valued. Dan also takes classes at a local school, this has been a huge success and there is a waiting list of pupils wanting to join. Highly recommend this club.

Fantastic experience: Focus is a great club to train and learn with. The atmosphere is really good and if you train hard you get to go to tournaments and we have treat days like summer bbqs and trips to pizza hut. I really like the coaches they are my role models and i want to do well in kickboxing like they have. When you walk in the door it feels like family so im always happy to go. I really recommend joining the focus team if you are interested in kickboxing or for fitness or for MMA. Darntai Age 9

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic Martial Arts class. I have 2 boys with special needs and they never normally stick at anything but they love these classes. Ven and Dan along with the other coaches have fully taken on board their additional needs and this has led to my boys loving the class where they are learning a new skill, keeping active and probably more important, they are feeling confident and their self esteem is growing all the time. They started in September and have already progressed to their next belt and can't wait to take part in some competitions. They are always practicing at home and this is because they are taking it seriously. I highly recommend this class. The coaches and very supportive and my boys are having fun whilst getting fit.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loves her kickboxing sessions, she has learnt so much from her coaches, Ven, Phil and Dan. It’s really helped with her confidence in taking part in activities with older children, currently the youngest in the session.The coaches have been great at making her feel comfortable and keeping her engaged in learning new and important life skills.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing club for my daughter, she thoroughly enjoys her time at Focus Martial Arts and the instructores Ven and Dan were amazing with her as she was shy at first. They have taught her very well and is now full of confidence and learning new techniques all the time :)

All the Focus coaches go above and beyond to make sure they know all the kids and make them all feel comfortable. Can’t recommend this place enough!
