Bushido Martial Arts - Karate, Krav Maga & Yoga

Fantastic experience: Been going since the age of 5 consistently with my dad and brothers and it's been a crucial part of my fitness and who I am. A great place to start your journey or continue it for beginners or intermediates.

My son started his journey here in 2017 when he was 7 years old and watching his transformation into a black belt has been truly inspiring. This club is far more than just a place to learn karate; it’s a genuinely supportive and family friendly environment that has fostered incredible personal growth. Fantastic experience: I attended the classes with my daughter and son. We didn’t have any previous experience with martial arts but very quickly fell in love with karate. The family atmosphere and friendly instructors is what makes the club very special.

Fantastic experience: Krav Maga classes with Kevin and Joe were of a high intensity and were really enjoyable. The skills taught for self defence are invaluable and the class environment is very lighthearted and welcoming of all abilities!

Fantastic experience: I was searching for katate classes for my son for a while until I found Bushido. My son loves the lessons and I felt the sensei cares about the art and the kids/members. Belonging to the school is more like belonging to a community with nice and caring people who are passionate about what they do.

Fantastic experience: A friendly and welcoming dojo with bags of experience, knowledge & support. I joined the dojo during lockdown and even via zoom classes I was made to feel really welcome and was supported by the Sensei and the senior members. Accommodating for starters of all ages (I’m in my 40s & my daughter is 12) I can’t recommend it highly enough - a great fit for me.

Fantastic experience: Really good club with a family-friendly atmosphere. The focus is on conditioning and standards, rather than aggression and fighting. The whole family have trained at one time or another and all abilities and ages are catered for, which is great for me!
