A true blessing to have this wonderful space in the Bookham community with the most kind, knowledgeable and down-to-earth teachers. Huge thanks to the wonderful owner Ellie for bringing Bookham this absolute gem of a studio! Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: There is a great variety of classes to suit everybody. You get a warm welcome and no matter the ability there is no judgement. I currently go 3 times a week as do other members of my family, this is truly a great asset to the village.

Fantastic experience: I have been a regular at Saturdays Hot yoga class for quite a while now!! I love the class for setting me up for a great weekend. Each class is different and just what I need for that day!! The soundbaths have been beautifully run and always something to look forward to!!

Fantastic experience: I have been practicing yoga with Ellie for a number of years and can honestly say she is by far the best yoga teacher I have ever been taught by. She explains everything in great details and always offers a number of pose options to help cater for different practice levels. Thrive Studios offer a number of different momement classes and my daughter now attends the kids yoga class and absolutely loves it! I have recently had a massage in the newly refurbished treatment room and it was utter bliss - the massage left me feeling so relaxed and the setting was so tranquil. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have used Studio 07 for Pilates and Personal Training. It is a well equipped space and the quality of Pilates teaching very good indeed. The Personal trainer Nick has been particularly good in helping me improve my strength and fitness and continues to modify my programme to suit. I can reccommend both activities.Bookham is fortunate to have this facility

Fantastic experience: I am so delighted to have found this wonderful studio on my doorstep! I attended Ellie's Hot Yoga Vinyasa Flow and it was challenging but also restorative. I felt great afterwards! The space is beautifully presented, clean and tranquil with the lovely addition of essential oils to apply before and after practice. I am truly impressed and will become a regular at this delightful studio :)

Positive experience: I have recently used the facilities of Studio 7 I found the premises in the final stages of reconstruction very clean and the treatment room was so comfortable and had the most relaxing beautiful view of a natural garden with really lovely soft furnishings. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. I had a reflexology treatment from a very experienced Vanessa.

Fantastic experience: Wonderfully carefully selected classes and practitioners. I had such a wonderful experience in the sound healing meditation. It’s a great set up and has a real community feel.

Fantastic experience: Lovely studio with a community feel. I went for the 8am Vinyasa flow with Ellie and it was just the perfect practice for a Saturday morning. Great guidance through the flow and I felt so much energised after it. Plus the studio have heated classes!

Fantastic experience: Great new yoga and pilates studio in Bookham. Lovely space with heated lamps and soothing incense and music. Ellie and Rumour are both amazing teachers! Looking forward to trying out the coffee and treatment rooms soon.
