Fantastic experience: The best exercise class I have done! After an operation last year I really struggled to get back into fitness. I felt like it was a mission to do anything and the idea of doing cardio was so daunting. I booked and haven't looked back! I feel better about myself and my body than before the op, I have muscle tone and my cardio is brilliant giving me motivation to do other forms of exercise. I try to go twice a week now and everyone is really friendly but by far the best bit about the class is the instructor Lou. Lou is super friendly, motivational and full of energy! She gives helpful prompts along the class which really helps you follow the routine. There are fans when it gets hot and she even has a little basket full of products, deodorant and hair bands. There are other venues around which I have tried but Hatherley has a different feel to it, one which I rally prefer. Lots of different age groups attend and some bring their children which is lovely. The routines and music are great and there is a real mixture of moves and focus on different body parts. It took me a few sessions to get used to the trampette and learn the moves but after that you can switch off enjoy It's dark in the room with some added disco lights, so for anyone who is like me and you face turns bright red with the slightest bit of exercise this made me feel really comfortable. Basically anyone considering should book and give it a go! :)
