Fantastic experience: One the best boxing clubs in Manchester we had world champions visit here and the coach Kevin Henry Morris beat Steve Robinson who was a WBO featherweight champion who had 7 title defences and lost to Prince naseem hamed. They actually teach you how to fight and after 3 months of training you will get a six pack they also teach mauy Thai as well I train both. It’s also fun as they put on upbeat music. Training here has cured my depression

Fantastic experience: Took my 9 year old Son to his first session this evening and he loved it. He's normally not that keen on physical sports but he's itching to go back on Thursday. The instructor, Dave, was really good with all the kids there and had the time anc patience and above all the professionalism to teach the group as a collective but correct those that wern't quite getting it, taking his time with the individual concerned to grasp the correct way of following his instructions. Definitely recomed as it's not just a boxing gym, they do Muay Thai too..
