The facilities are second to none – from the gym and pool to the spa and classes, everything is always spotless and well-maintained. The atmosphere is calm, modern, and genuinely welcoming. The staff are fantastic – friendly, professional, and always happy to help. There’s a real sense of community here that makes working out (or winding down!) a pleasure! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving Cpase! I’ve only been a member for a few weeks, but I’m already completely hooked. The space itself is super cool – modern, clean, and really thoughtfully designed. The spa is lush – it feels like such a treat every time I use it! What really stands out, though, is the staff. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about the members experience. Can’t recommend it enough – I’m so glad I joined!

Fantastic experience: I have just spent a wonderful morning at this gym. The staff - and the members too - are super friendly, everywhere is spotlessly clean, I used the body composition machine which was really insightful and, after my workout I spotted a reformer pilates machine so I took advantage of that as a finisher. Then it was off to the spa, again, spotless - I used the sauna, steam room and infrared sauna and have to say I immediately felt the benefits. All finished off with a yummy shake afterwards ❤️ Thanks for a lovely visit!

Fantastic experience: My new HAPPY PLACE. I have now been a member for nearly 4 months and am loving every minute of it. So much so that I have now retired from work to enable me to spend more time here. Loving the Padel, gym, sauna, pool, beauty tube and cryogenics. It’s so friendly and great here and I bounce out after a session. The staff and standards here are first class, I don’t know any other gym to match this one. It’s not just a gym it’s a family. Also love Aprils kitchen lovely food and staff. I used to take regular trips to overnight spa resorts but not anymore as everyday is a spa day. Thanks so much Clare and everyone who works here. ❤️ Previous review - Cpase gym is amazing. It has state of the art gym equipment and also I am loving the cryogenics and the Dr Muller beauty tube. It has an amazing, tranquil spa area which is my favourite with saunas, steam and a lovely pool. The service and attention to detail at Cpase is second to none and I have never known any gym staff be this friendly. It is super clean and there are never any shortages of towels or toiletries. It has a lovely restaurant which serves great nutritious food and drinks. Cpase has such a calm, stress free environment and is a great place to unwind, I have only been a member for one month but from day one I was treated as part of a family. I love everything that you do, thanks so much everyone.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful gym, lovely people, spotlessly clean, fully stocked changing rooms and welcoming to people of all fitness levels. I’ve been a member since summer and wish I’d joined sooner. I love that everything I need - classes, the pool, infra red sauna, ice baths, cryo and gym - are all in one place. The cafe is also a great place to work when I need to get away from working at home. I’ve been a member of a few gyms in the past and nothing comes close to CPASE.

There is a personal touch and a great deal of thought on how everything is put together from the pool and spa to the restaurant. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Have really learned a lot here and found the Padel court to be really well organised and easy to access.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for over 6 months and honestly, it's now my second home! The club has allowed me to make my health and fitness just part of everyday life. The team are fantastic, so welcoming, supportive and personable. The classes have been great and they listen to feedback of what their members are after which is incredible. Having a weekly PT session with Dan has really helped keep me on track of my own goals and he is brilliant at pushing you whilst having fun too! The facilities are just fantastic, as is the food offering, really great mix of choice on the menu. It's changed my whole relationship with fitness and self care, for the better! Thank you x

Fantastic experience: Only gym I've ever looked forward to working out in. Brilliant instructors who have personality, know their stuff and push you to the max. Ridiculously top class facilities for training and recovery/chill time after, with luxe changing rooms and a brilliant restaurant attached. The members are generally down to earth, friendly people who are there for a proper work out. I've been a member for two years and it's been worth every penny, can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 3 years. I now can’t imagine my life without the club. It’s so much more than a gym, it’s a lifestyle. From the classes and equipment to the staff and the community this club really has it all. Something I particularly love is the constant enhancements, they really listen to member feedback and are always adding new equipment. The new ice bath and padel courts have really elevated my experience, and I didn’t even think that was possible for it to get any better!

The gym itself I has everything you could need even reformer equipment. It smell amazing. It’s pristine thanks to Clare. What an amazing cleaner you are!! The classes are amazing. In love with Inferno and Dans class has THE best music! Jane’s yoga class is brilliant… the food in Aprils kitchen is delicious and refreshed all the time. The other members are lovely and friendly. I love taking my 5 year old to the splash session on a Saturday morning. Car park is incredible as there is plenty of room for everyone and large spaces. Showers are fab with luxury soaps and shampoo and then there is the pool and hot tub and ice bath. Just amazing. Every time I leave I feel worked out, nourished and spent time in the most luxurious, beautiful setting. Much more than a gym…. A way of life. Oh and now there is padle… Mega mega mega

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for 3 years, and I love going to Cpase. The gym and spa area are fabulous, the classes great, and now they have padel courts, I’m even happier. I also a regular user of the Cryo chamber which I find to be very helpful for general aches and pains, although I’m not yet brave enough for the Ice Bath! It has a great vibe, with April’s Kitchen and the Padel Court Bar an added bonus. I would highly recommend Cpase.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say how much I am enjoying cpace. I thought a lot about joining as it is expensive but have found it to be worth the money. The classes are great, all of a very high quality and quite different from the usual Les Mills. After many years of being a gym member it is so refreshing to try new things. The PTs are all very knowledgeable and on hand to answer any questions. Not really used the pool area yet but all looks amazing. Must mention the guys who work on the front desk and the staff in April’s. They are all super friendly and helpful, they seem genuinely interested in how you are, what you’ve done and if you enjoyed it. I was told before I joined that the members are very friendly and maybe because it’s such a small club it doesn’t feel cliquey like others I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: Having been round the block enough times to have been a member of a good few health clubs and gyms, CPASE is the best I’ve ever been a member of - by a country-mile. It’s a stunning boutique health club tucked away in a quiet corner of Cheshire, with staggeringly good facilities from gym to spin to yoga studios, cryochamber, hyperbaric chamber, ice bath, superb spa, etc….the list goes on! It’s run by a friendly, thoroughly professional team who really care - nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The club also has excellent PT’s. CPASE also boasts an April’s Kitchen cafe with excellent food prepared on premises. The recent introduction of padel courts was the cherry on the icing on the cake! Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start with Cpase…… it’s actually not a 5 star luxury health club. It’s all that and more !!!! 6 star in my view It’s also a friendly community built by the staff that makes you feel very welcome. It’s a place that just allows you to just turn off from the outside world and also the recent addition of the paddle has made it extremely social where we have met and built friends for life. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of CPASE for 3 years now. Not only is it something I enjoy, it is now a huge part of my everyday life. The gym has become more than a hobby, it’s somewhere I rely on for all aspects of my life, including working space, a place to relax and work out or even just escape the kids for a few hours and socialise with the other members. From the equipment to the whole team and staff, CPASE is like no other. I travel a lot and CPASE is genuinely something I look forward to getting home to come back to. The new addition of the padel courts has added a whole new dimension to the club and its community. Thank you CPASE and the team for making each time I visit the best part of my day.

Fantastic experience: I joined CPASE April 24, I researched other gyms with a specific goal to find next level customer service with facilities, CPASE by a country mile sits alone in this unique offering, from HBOT, CRYOTHERAPY chamber, padel courts, ice bath and of course Aprils cafe, my history of injuries are well managed by the professionals on site, the single best decision I’ve made in 2024.

It is first class and an amazing unique place to train, wind down and socialise under one umbrella. The staff and members have been so welcoming and friendly. It’s the complete package!

Fantastic experience: We joined in February this year & we absolutely love being a member here. It is the best health club I have ever been to in the UK & overseas. All of the CPASE team can’t do enough for you, they know everyone and make everyone feel welcome, it has a personal but, professional touch, the facilities are 5*, the equipment is fantastic and I love the classes, it is such a great community. Aprils restaurant on site has fantastic food & drinks, & again the staff can’t do enough for you. The spa facilities are unbelievable and everything is so clean and well maintained. The Padel was opened in July & Charlie, Erin & Ainsley on the Padel team have created a lovely welcoming Padel community for us all. I couldn’t recommend the club enough, no where else like CPASE

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here pretty much from the start and all I can say is that this is the best gym ever! And yes it’s more expensive than ‘normal’ gyms, but CPASE is anything but normal in the best way possible. It’s a community, it’s a place to work, it’s like a family community and such a welcoming place to be and of course the equipment and facilities are world class. It’s just more than that and until you are a member it’s hard to describe it! If you’re thinking about joining you MUST! And the addition of the paddle courts, well that just tops it off!

The spa is amazing and luxurious whilst the gym offers everything and more. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of CPASE for a little less than a year. All around first class experience - incredible state of the art facilities. In the short time I’ve been here, padel courts and an ice bath have been added, showing how the health club is continually updating and evolving in the best way! Brilliant and attentive staff. I use the club mainly to relax poolside and in sauna, but there is something for everyone. Classy gym and very spacious. Highly recommended if you are looking the best.

Fantastic experience: Only used Friends Friday once so far, can’t wait for the next one. We did Kara’s inferno, which is always a killer session , but I knew my friend would be up for it. We had a quick relax and breakfast, as we both had to dash. My friend really enjoyed it and have her lined up for another visit. Fantastic experience: Just joined so new member. First visit today. Was 1.5hrs of chilled out gym, sauna and swim time. Really enjoyed it. Everything is clean & immaculate, with a calm and serene vibe. Staff are super friendly and helpful Special thanks to Kara ✋️

Negative experience: I pay for the AAA package £295 per month specifically to use the cyro chamber. But I can never book on because the waiting list is ALWAYS full! Usually with 20 people. The infrared sauna is very small with a maximum of 2 people but if 1 person is in there the room is so small you are basically touching each other when sat inside it. It needs more heating panels as my old gym had panels at the side, not just the front and back. The pool area is nice but the tiles around it are very slippery and being old can be dangerous, I’m not sure if they are an anti slip tile. For health and safety I’m sure they are but beware you do not fall. The sauna is low quality for the price of the membership, the panel inside it is very thin and peeling only 2 years old. I think it would be great if the owner would spend some money to improve the look inside the sauna. The jets in the jacuzzi are very weak and do not provide a massage. It is a very nice gym but the spa does not match the premium membership price and it is very busy for me, I can not use my membership benefits which I pay a premium for. The spa is more like an 18 year old girl who designed it with bright lights and big white tiles, doesn’t give off any relaxing vibe in the slightest

I like the way you can combine a workout with relaxation in the Spa facilities followed by a smoothie or a healthy bite from the on-site April's Kitchen. Knowledgeable and friendly staff are on hand to make you feel at home and make the most of what's on offer.

Fantastic experience: Cpase is the most amazing health club I have ever been a member of. It is like being a part of a big family. Everyone is so friendly and this goes for all the members as well. It can take years of going to the same gym to start to feel a part of the community but at Cpase you feel like that from day one. Can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Cpase my third space. Must admit I dont really train here much, however I relax, sauna, recovery is the name of the game. Cryo chamber works a treat. The team are so friendly, no judging no gym rats, amazing welcome space. The team at April’s, welcome my children and make us all welcome.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of other gyms (large and small) over the last 20 years and this is by far the best. I had resisted looking around because I assumed it would be one for the stick-thin beautiful people only and so daunting for me. Lucinda showed me round and was great - explaining everything and answering my many questions. All the classes I’ve attended have been excellent - inclusive, great, friendly trainers and superb quality. There’s a good range of classes which seems to be developing each week and the equipment is superb. Every time I go I find it a welcoming place to be and of course April’s Kitchen is the lovely bonus at the end of a workout. It’s a haven! Fran Troup
