Fantastic experience: This is a great workout with an amazing group of people. The classes are always good fun and safe for all abilities and ages. Luke, the instructor, talks through every move and technique in clear detail and l always feel supported through my training to the gradings. Yes, l would recommend it to a friend.

Fantastic experience: My son has been training with Luke for 4 years. The training has given my son confidence and he really enjoys each session. My son has achieved a black belt one dan. I would say, if you are thinking about joining, you wouldn't find a better class.

Fantastic experience: My daughter started training at Pro Martial Arts School, St Ives to rebuild her confidence after a prolonged series of incidents with bully's, the training given by Luke Geere has exceeded all expectations, she is more confident than ever (and now avoid by the bullies). Thanks Luke.

Fantastic experience: An excellent, friendly club for kickboxing. All ages and skill levels are present. I particularly like the focus on learning and perfecting technique.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly classes run by Luke! I learnt a lot in a short time and I feel stronger and fitter for the training classes. I used to do Karate as a child, but I prefer the more energetic activities using pads and shields with fun combinations of kicks and punches! The superman punch is my 13 year old sons favourite as we do the class together. He is also loving it! A great positive way to do something together! With a discount for doing so!

Fantastic experience: A good sized and well attended and ran martial arts club my 7 year old daughter has been going to for about a year now. Excellent and friendly trainer, and a good workout and confidence boosting skills for those attending. Sparing is optional before the main lesson, which is done with pads.

Fantastic experience: After years of searching for a trainer for my child with cerebral palsy, I was introduced to lukes class explained my child's needs and his abilities, luke has been supportive and the only trainer that has excepted my child. This has given my child so much enjoyment confidence and a sport he has stuck with, No one questions his abilities and the other students support each other in reaching there goals. Top class highly recommend Well done luke and his supporters even my child's physios have seen a big difference since his joined the club.

Positive experience: Fantastic, super helpful, super supportive, super skilled teacher who calmly and warmly walks you through each move and pattern. 4 stars only because I wish Thursdays always started at 19:00, the classes were 90 mins and because I'd like some printed sheets to help remember the rutines for each grading because my memory is pants! Really enjoying it and most importantly I always feel safe.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this kickboxing group. luke the trainner is amazing with all pupils in his lessons. Luke has helped my so active all his belts from beginner to black belt plus trainner course all by the age of 11 years old. Luke even gave Henry extra exercises to do to strengthen his legs up after being k. 2 casts after an operation . Henry loves his lessons he attends eigh all pms kickboxing lessons
