Fantastic experience: Wendy’s energy is inspiring. Classes are varied with lots of different techniques and styles. Suitable for all ages and abilities. I’ve loved working out online with Wendy during lockdown.

Fantastic experience: The online classes which Wendy has been putting together every week have been amazing! They are varied and work the whole body. I have absolutely loved the last 10 weeks of classes and look forward to continuing with them. I would recommend anyone to sign up to the classes - the classes can suit all abilities.

Fantastic experience: Wendy ‘the saviour of lockdown’ Barratt is exceptional at the work that she does and it’s the fittest I’ve felt in a long time! She runs fantastically varied classes in the evening but they are also available later for those who are unable to make that time! Doing these online classes is so perfect for me and Wendy has also helped keep me sane in these crazy times! Thank you so much Wendy, you’re a true inspiration!

Fantastic experience: I am loving all of Wendy’s classes she has kindly been doing since we went into lockdown. She keeps us all up to date with what equipment we need. She puts a new timetable out every Sunday. All the classes are for all levels and Wendy amazes me with her energy in each class. Fantastic experience: Wendy’s enthusiasm shines through the camera you really feel like your in the class and she keeps you motivated.The class is always a full body workout that’s fun and always different with modifications to suit everyone.Great classes
