Fantastic experience: After only a few sessions with Graig, problems I have been living with for years are feeling much better. He really takes the time to understand what might be going on to work out a way to solve the problem. I've been to other physios in the past and was really happy with the experience at the time but the way Craig approaches things in comparison is much more thorough and holistic.

Fantastic experience: Craig listens very carefully. He discusses what needs to be done and why. He is very patient and demonstrates the exercises. This is supported by exercises to be done at home, and he emails a personalised set of these. Very pleasant and encouraging. He is very knowledgeable and can answer questions.

Fantastic experience: I had 3 sessions with Craig, originally wanting some knowledge and help with my constantly injured lower back. He educated me massively that the issue may stem from other minor weaknesses and imbalances on my lower body and gave me exercises to do over the 3 sessions and I can say they really helped me. I also had other niggles (shoulder pain and minor sciatica pain) which Craig helped ease without me having to stop training, which I was afraid I'd be told! Highly recommended to help aid recovery on sports injuries!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Craig suffering from pain, stiffness, reduced mobility along with lower back pain due to an arthritic hip. Waiting for hip replacement but Craig has significantly reduced my pains and improved mobility with programme of massage and exercise. I would recommend Evexia for Craig’s knowledge and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Craig following a fall. This resulted in joint and muscle pain everywhere. With Craig’s knowledge of trauma related injuries, l had sports massage, tried various exercises and lots of helpful advice. Evexia has been so important to my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used Craig to address some long standing neck and shoulder issues. Can’t recommend him enough. Methodical and considered initial consultation to work out the required treatment plan followed by very focussed work on loosening muscles, reactivating them and working on tendon flexibility and strengthening. Accompanied by an exercise programme targeting the affected areas. Very thorough. Craig is professional, personable and there’s no hard sell on numbers of sessions - he leaves that to you to decide although will recommend a suggested course of treatments.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Exevia clinic for anyone dealing with lower back pain. Just over a month ago I bent down at work and felt a sharp pain almost like an electric shock in my lower back and for the next 4-5 days could not walk or stand up straight as well as being in a lot of pain. Very slowly this began to get better but I was still in a lot of pain doing basic activities, could not attend work and was convinced I may have had to have further medical examinations. Having had sports massage from Craig in the past I contacted him and he booked me in straight away. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the pain and with a combination of personalised treatments including acupuncture, soft tissue massage, and personalized exercises and stretches as well as educating me along the way to recover more quickly. I have had a few treatments from him this week and from the start of the week the pain has gone from a 7-8 out of ten to a 3 out of ten in the space of 7 days which otherwise would have taken weeks if not longer. I am impressed with how quickly I saw results and how knowledgeable and professional he is. Craig is very friendly and the clinic has a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re dealing with chronic pain or need expert physiotherapy for injury recovery, this is the place to go. I’m so grateful for the care I received and will definitely continue my sessions here to maintain a pain free lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Craig with a trapped sciatic nerve which was extremely painful, it improved after every session and the exercises he gave me really helped to relieve the pain and release the nerve ! I found Evexia a few years ago after sustaining a shoulder injury and feeling that I was getting nowhere with other physios. The treatment that I have received has been second to none and has included a full assessment, some hands on sports massage, and injury rehab exercises. Fantastic experience: I went to craig with crippling hip pain. He spotted the issue was with my ankle. (Old injury) we did some targeted exercises and a massage and the pain has gone! Can highly recommend!!

After just a few sessions the flare was sorted with exercises and massaging, expertly carried out by Craig who is very knowledgeable and professional at all times. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Craig was very professional and knowledgeable in his massage techniques, always checking if the pressure is comfortable. Having had a very serious neck injury in March resulting in multiple bone fractures and visiting from Australia i needed to find someone experienced to help manage the pain in the muscles and nerves surrounding my neck and shoulders. Craig made me feel very comfortable and at ease with his knowledge of the human body and ability to find all the areas of pain in my back with minimal assistance, providing some relief and pain management in between sessions. He’s also suggested some strengthening exercises related to my areas of weakness to gain some endurance back in my neck and shoulders. In a few short weeks of seeing him once a week I have found extreme relief in the pain I have been experiencing. After having three different Physio’s over the past 9 months and several massages from professionals, Craig has been the one to make a huge impact in such a short amount of time. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing similar issues who needs a great deep tissue sports massage, as I know they’re really hard to come across.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Craig a few times and found it very helpful. With training alot, I get very tight and have alot of knots, which Craig has helped release. He has always given me alot of good tips and knowledge to use myself at home. Recommend
