Fantastic experience: Since starting ace, I have achieved so much in my personal gain of getting fit and falling in love bjj along the way. It wouldn't of been possible if it wasn't for my coach jordan support and the professionalism of my coaches at Ace mma. I'm in my 40s now and still mange to train 4-5 days a week, with a new born baby. Come along and a go, you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter attends a class here twice a week and I’d highly recommend. The instructor Shaj who runs the class is an absolute pro with the kids! They all, including my daughter just vibrate towards his fun energy, all children are so eager to learn and listen when he’s teaching, aswell as his assistants who also help during classes they are all great! My daughter absolutely thrives in the environment they create for the children and is able to relax, have fun, enjoy herself and have a great time all the while learning very important life skills. 10/10

Fantastic experience: My son has been going to Ace for 2 years now since he was 5. He used to be really shy and have little confidence and was especially shy around adults, even in school. I questioned how much going to classes would help him as I really thought it was just part of his personality, but since he started doing the 4-7 class, we saw a difference in his confidence within weeks. He has actually widened his friend circle since starting and he’s now super confident around new adults, his school friends and other children who he doesn’t know well - he’s improved so much in grappling and striking since he started and he takes pride in doing well. Our 4 year old daughter also started a few months ago and she can be easily distracted but the coaches always know how to handle the children in a friendly and supportive manner to get their concentration back on track. Coaches are great with the kids, keeping it fun whilst learning the fundamentals. Couldn’t recommend Ace more and often tell my children’s friends’ parents that it is definitely the place to go locally for high quality training for children. My son is really looking forward to attending for years to come!

Fantastic experience: Recommend 100% My oldest daughter done one on one sessions with jennie and she absolutely loved it and it give her so much more confidence. Now my younger daughter does one on one sessions with Jennie every week and she loves it to. It's good to know that both my girls can protect there self's if anything were to happen. They both love jennie and I couldn't recommend her enough. She's the best.

Fantastic experience: My 2 boys have been training with Shaj for over a year now. My 10 year old suffers with anxiety, and my 7 year old is visually impaired so we have private sessions with Shaj. The kids have come so far with their training technique and their confidence is growing week by week. Shaj is great with the kids, he's highly skilled and is very patient with the boys. They always have a fun play section at the end of the session which the kids love. I'd definitely recommend Shaj and ACE MMA if you're considering Martial arts for your kids.

His progression has been great and his overall confidence levels have improved - something we attribute in part to the classes. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: What a gym! The coaches are very approachable and have time for everyone. The fundamentals program is perfect for beginners too, highly recommend starting here if you ever fancy getting involved of the fast growing sport which is MMA.

Taught by Shaj and jordan who both have a wealth of experience and knowledge in striking and bjj respectively. Ace is a friendly and fun place to learn and you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive, I cant wait to get started in the classes Cant recommend ace enough if you are looking to get started or for somewhere to train in mma, kickboxing or bjj check out ace mma you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I came to this gym on the beginners course and have been hooked ever since! The atmosphere at the gym is very friendly and there are classes to suit all levels. There are a number of coaches with different expertise such as coach Shajidul Haque who teaches the overall mma and striking whilst competing professionally himself. Coach Jordan Cooper who teach Brazilian jiu jitsu with both gi and no go classes to a very high level. I cannot recommend this place enough for new starters as well as those looking to compete!

Fantastic experience: Best gym to attend if you want to start learning MMA- as a hobby or professionally! I attend the ladies classes, Jennie is an amazing coach, so happy and positive, always makes time for everyone! I go for fitness and learning self defence. MMA is so addictive, would recommend this gym to everyone. My son also attends the kids class and absolutely loves it! He’s only 6 and he marks his sessions down every week on a calendar so he doesn’t miss the class! The kids coaches Aaron, Sammy and Shaj are so great with the kids, they are so creative coming up with games that act as a fun fitness exercise, my son loves tiggy bear crawl game at the end of the session.

Fantastic experience: I can't say anything bad about Ace!! I have been hear on and off for about a year but recently come back to the girl's group, I love it and have been doing it with my sisters since Jan! Now I'm starting to do the mixed and practice up to four times a week!! I come here because the owners are just the best! If I have any worries or need to talk about something that is worrying me etc all I have to do is ask Jennie or her husband! I love the people that come here and also love these two! I will only continue to grow in MMA because these guys bring nothing but the best out in me! I feel in myself that I have grown as a person and also growing in confidence and feel that I am getting better with picking up things that I learn! I could go on but it's already long enough! I would always without a doubt recommend these guys! You can trust they will push you to the person you inspire to be!

Fantastic experience: My children have been coming here for around 1.5 years, they absolutely love it. The coaches are great teachers, fantastic family run business. Every class is different and most of the time they have a couple of minutes games at the end which keeps the kids having fun while their learning. Highly recommended for ages 4+ Thanks for being such great place for my children to learn to protect themselves x
