Fantastic experience: Love this gym. After years off exercise this gym got me back into a consistent fitness routine. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, approachable staff and excellent knowledge and support. The group PT classes are a great starter for those wanting to get back into the gym too. I've also had single PT session which has been great and really helped me move forward in my fitness journey! ☺️
