Fantastic experience: Amazing class with Ellie! As a total noob to yoga I found this 60 minute class to be a fantastic journey from gentle and slow beginnings through to more toning type work then onto a short but impressive HITT session followed by more toning and a wonderful cooldown which was greatly needed! The final five minutes was given over to preparing yourself for the rest of the day. Fully recommend for anyone who wants to make the most of a 60 minute yoga/workout class in the Dorking area. Would give six stars if I could!
