Fantastic experience: I booked in with Cliodhna for a sports massage as she was recommended to me by a friend. I've been having a bit of bother with my right glute, she's really worked on it so I can now run with ease. I couldn’t recommend her enough & I will definitely be making return visits for sports & other massages. Very knowledgeable & a lovely girl too, made me so relaxed, always an added bonus. 10/10

Cliodhna really knew her stuff—targeted all the right areas and the cupping helped release so much tension. I walked out feeling lighter, more mobile, and genuinely refreshed. Fantastic experience: Cryo Fitness Hub has completely changed my mindset on exercise and staying active. Coming from someone who walked the dog twice a day to one who now attends multiple strength and cardio classes during the week to one step further, has taken up running - I can't really believe the confidence, support and motivation the coaches and members have given me. Cliodhna and Kevin have redefined all meaning of a "gym". With the knowledge and experience they both bring - both as professionals and gym-goers themselves - they have successfully built a community that members enjoy being part of and look forward to going back to time and again.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love cryo hub and everyone associated with it. The staff are friendly, professional and very welcoming. I am proud to say I consider them all friends now. The gym is used by 'normal' people, there are no bulked up muscle heads, or preening insta ready wannabes. No one is judged at cryo, we are just average people with varying levels of fitness. Myself and the other members love the gym , not just from the fitness side of things, but also because of the boost it gives to our mental well being. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would advise anyone wanting to do something about their heallth and wellbeing to call in.

Fantastic experience: So good, regular user. Really helps my arthritic knees and muscles after training. Guys are really helpful and always slot me in when they can. Proper ice bath with jets and salts, not these blow up things with cold water. Will keep using.

Fantastic experience: I first went to the hub as part of a boot camp program. As someone who never really went to the gym before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However 18 months on, and now as a member, I can confirm just how great my experience has been. There is such a fantastic range of classes and the coaches are all so supportive and welcoming. If you’re thinking of signing up to a gym with a real community feel to it, definitely give the hub a go.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Cryo Fitness Hub gym for 18 months. I have found the staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive. The classes are really well organised and structured. The gym-goers are all “dead on”, good craic and there is a great sense of community. The gym is well looked after with good equipment. There are also personal training, cryo recovery, and physio / sports massage services all run at the gym site, so members are well looked after holistically, with the full gamut services on offer. I also highly recommend the gym if you are new to gym exercise, or are apprehensive about going to the gym. Brilliant place to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Positive experience: Checked this place out as a pick me up after the gym and it was an experience. Friendly guy sorted us out and set up the ice bath, with lots of advice and encouragement. A little bit shocking when you first get in, but once you are in the water it is rivetingly refreshing and sobering for the mind. Good experience and cheap as chips for the benefits. Ice ice baby

The trainers Kevin and Cliodhna go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels welcome in the classes, a very diverse range of people attend and a very friendly bunch they are, no posers here. I would 100% recommend the Hub to anyone, if you just want to get started or looking for an extra boost to your regime, give it a go, best decision you will ever make....

Fantastic experience: I didn’t think gyms like this existed. The most welcoming, friendly and approachable gym and instructors. They are so dedicated and do their best to accommodate every one of us. Even through the pandemic they were there to encourage people with their online classes etc. I love this gym!

Negative experience: Had booked an appointment with Ciaran McMullen for a sports massage as he came recommended. My first appointment was cancelled by Ciaran at late notice but he did text me to arrange a different time on a Saturday. I arrived at Cryo fitness on Saturday and was told Ciaran was not available. He had cancelled yet again and didn't bother to let me know when he had my number. This reflects very badly on Ciarans professionalism and Cryo Fitness Hub. I would not recommend Cryo Fitness Hub or Ciaran in particular to anyone. Very disappointed.
