Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic after years of on going problems with my neck, back pain, discomfort, feeling like I was carrying weighted vest constantly on, everything became an effort...so far I have had 3 adjustments done and I feel like a new person, so much lighter and no pain and discomfort..Big plus is that I have never realised that going to the toilet 3 to 5 times a night had something to do with my back problems. After just 2 adjustments, I go for wee 1-2 times a night, meaning I get more rest, too. Oh, and the atmosphere at the clinic is very friendly starting with warm and always smiling receptionist Thank you

Fantastic experience: Came to Hope spinal wellness clinic due to my daughter not been able to walk on one of her legs and doctors misdiagnosed wrongly repeatedly. Now with just a few sessions she can walk on both legs and is much happier in her self and understands where the problem lies and how to maintain it. Fantastic experience: I’d seen six physiotherapists, two healers, a sports masseur and two osteopaths and arrived at Hope Spinal after effectively finding myself in the dark, washed up and left to dry by numerous practitioners and the NHS. With a history of neck and back problems, last year I had Long Covid with intense pain in the neck which my doctors dismissed for eight months. Eventually, X rays revealed an apparently hopeless case, they said, and I was instructed to go off and ‘exercise’. Hope Spinal gave me Hope. Analysis and assessment of my case resulted in a plan of action including twice weekly adjustments by a chiropractor and massage. Now suddenly there is improvement and I’m happy to be hopeful of a brighter outcome. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this practice and have found them positive, upbeat and constructive. They provide action, a way forward when others shrug and look away.

Fantastic experience: I recently suffered another bout of what I thought was an issue with my right glute. I was in quite severe pain. I visited Hope Spinal Wellness and both Scott and Veronica were tremendous. They started off by doing X-rays which highlighted a couple of issues with my lower spine and neck and Scott explained the limitations caused by these with regards to how I would need to train in certain ways going forward. After that Veronica did a number of andjustments and 15 minutes later there was a noticeable improvement in my movement and reduction in pain. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Amy ( chiropractor) since December and I used to suffer with back pain, poor posture and neck pain. I’ve been seeing Amy for 3 months and I feel so much better, happy with my posture which has improved, my back pain has improved so much. Fantastic experience: After years of looking for a better way to manage my health conditions together and not separately, I was recommended Hope Spinal Wellness. My only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner. From the very first visit I felt welcome and heard. Fantastic experience: My daughter visited Hope Spinal Wellness having suffered severe back pain for a number of weeks; she is a sporty and active adolescent who was being held back by lower back pain. Having had a thorough examination, detailed analysis and a program of adjustments, massage and advice on supplements with recommendations of orthotics, she has noticed a marked improvement in her pain level, all pain has gone and she is making steady progress with her posture.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Hope Spinal Wellness due to prolonged neck and back pain caused by a long military career. After an in depth consultation with Dr Veronica Hope, time was spent explaining what was the root causes of my issues, and how I can prevent reoccurrence in the future. While initially I visited for chiropractic care, I have since attended fitness classes with Scott and Abi, as well as enjoyed several massages from a number of the on site masseuses. 3 months on from my first consultation, not only has my neck and back pain dramatically improved, but so has my overall health, both physical and mental. I used to believe back pain was a normal part of life, this was a myth quickly dispelled by Dr Hope. My lower back pain was gone halfway through the course and I also had other issues improved such as jaw tension. Fantastic experience: I’m 35 years old and I have always struggled with my lower back. In Nov 2024 I had major surgery, unrelated to my back. But required an epidural. The epidural caused damage to my spine and left me with a large lump, and rendered me almost immobile, for a long time. As the months went on I felt worse and worse. I began to develop dizziness, the sensation of vibrations in my head and eyes and I was incredibly off balance As well as the back pain, which required regular strong pain relief. After extensive research. I came across Hope Wellness Clinic. A 40min drive from my house, but at this point I’d have driven to Scotland if I thought someone could help me. Veronica quickly set about identifying my problems. Whilst my surgery hadn’t helped, it turned out I have one leg longer than the other, and my pelvis 3/4cm out of line. I was placed on the 8 weeks to wellness plan. 2 adjustment appointments with the amazing Veronica, each week and one weekly massage session with the lovely Jo. I honestly felt a difference in myself by week 2. Today is the end of my 8 weeks. On the whole I feel more like myself than I have in a very long time. That being said, Veronica is so attentive and truly wants everyone to leave her feeling 10 feet tall. As I have some historical alignment problems. I am going to continue with some more sessions in the new year, but just once a week. I am actually looking forward to my summer next year, this year’s was just awful. I cannot thank the team at Hope Wellness enough. I feel like I’m finally getting my life back. If you haven’t been yourself, something’s not quite right or you’re living with daily discomfort or pain (which isn’t normal). You absolutely need to give these guys a call, you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased I was recommended Hope Spinal Wellness for my lower back pain. All the staff have been incredible, particularly Amy who has really made a difference to my day to day life, reducing my pain through adjustments as well as creating structure with my daily stretches and the use of a denerroll. They make you feel important and really want to make a change. If I hadn't decided to book a consultation, i would have still been on the waiting list with my gp, waiting in pain. Fantastic experience: I have been treated for my TMJ symptoms, neck pain, shoulders pain, migraines, and poor sleeping. It has been 8 weeks since I started and my health has improved significantly. I had my assessment and diagnosis for my problem and I was treated by the chiropractor Amy. She has been an excellent and amazing professional towards my case. I also have got some massages sessions with Erin a wonderful professional too. I always felt so aliviated and like in a cloud after the sessions. Migraine has gone, TMJ symptoms too. Some days I still got a bit of discomfort in my neck but as we discussed in my re assessment and evaluation I still need more treatment reducing the frequency of it but I feel so pleased by their professionalism and experience. Their workshops are so helpful too, to add to your health improvements. The entire team work have you covered on all aspects of your health.

Fantastic experience: When I came to Hope I was practically immobile due to chronic back and neck issues that had been going on for a decade, never properly treated until now. Almost immediately I felt the benefit of their healing hands, and now a few months later the pain and discomfort I had been experiencing is a faint memory and I am infinitely more comfortable and confident in my body and movements, getting stronger all the time. Fantastic experience: Hope Spinal Wellness are superb! I have had upper back and neck issues for over 10 years and have spent a lot of time and money elsewhere in the past (osteo/reflexology/acupuncture etc) trying to sort out the problem but none have come close to the service that HSW have provided from the first appointment. Amy is a wonderful chiropractor full of knowledge and advice and a genuinely supportive manner. Alongside weekly adjustments, Erin’s deep massages are working wonders in releasing tension and beginning to break down knots. My body is feeling much more free from the rigid, locked and tight feeling that had become uncomfortably normal for me. The whole team are always incredibly cheery and welcoming, so I really can’t recommend more highly booking a visit there!

Fantastic experience: I started visiting Hope Spinal in April 2024, with flank pain, recurrent UTI's, abdominal pains, low energy, the list goes on! During my 12 weeks, I had to undergo foot surgery. Veronica was so understanding and took my surgery into consideration with my adjustments and capabilities... also introducing some laser therapy to aid the healing. I have attended a number of workshops with Veronia and her team and have found them, detailed, informative, welcoming, friendly sessions. I have another booked in for mid-august and I am looking forward to it! Veronica has also introduced to what supplements I should be using... which let's face it, can be a total minefield in their own right!! I think introducing the supplements alongside the chiropractic care I have been receiving and understanding my nutrition better, my world has completely changed!! Today marks 12 weeks of adjustments for me and I had my re-examination with Veronica today. All I can say is WOW and Thank you. Fantastic experience: Everything you could hope for and more. If you are anxious or nervous about going to see the team at Spinal Wellness don't be. Even if you think you are functioning and coping with your pain and discomfort you will be surprised at the difference they can make. I thought I would be with the headaches and pain for the rest of my life but within a few weeks the headaches were gone and nearly 3 months later I have not taken painkillers in weeks. Personally, I realised improved lower back movement within my first few weeks at two sessions per week and was given an explanation of the cause using x rays and posture measurements. Fantastic experience: Having had back problems all my life I decided it was now or never to try and get some relief and at 70 it was downhill all the way unless i changed things. Everyone was very welcoming and Veronica was so kind and professional and showed me why I had problems and what could (or couldn’t) be done to alleviate them. As well as regular adjustments i also had massages which are amazing and really de-stressing. The workshops reinforced the need for good nutrition and exercise. A year on I am fitter,healthier,have better posture and am more pain free than ever and this has had a remarkable effect on my confidence and mental outlook. At the age of 55 a little overweight and feeling sluggish is this the right thing to do? = Yes yes Yes - No gimmicks, you are looked after all the way by Dr. Veronica, Scott and their Team. Can it be a little tough = yes ..but any exercise you say might not suit you without hesitation = 'not a problem there are hundreds of different exercises lets do another'. Fantastic experience: Have been suffering from serious back pain for a year, was on a lot of painkillers, the doctors were no help to me. Was doing physiotherapy but it wasn't really helping either, perhaps even making me worse. I came to Veronica and from the first treatment there was a noticeable difference. Over a month in of treatment now and the pain I feel is so much less, its no coincidence this place is called HOPE spinal wellness, because I certainly was feeling hopeless about my situation before I came here. All the staff are extremely friendly, you are made to feel very welcome every time you step through that door, it's just an all round pleasant experience coming in to the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Last year I was suffering from lower back pain and pain in my foot when walking, plus general slower mobility/flexibility. My job took its toll on my body throughout 2023, and I wanted to get in better physical health for a busy 2024. I do a lot of computer work and day to day I'm operating heavy cameras, and I'm not getting any younger - I just assumed these pains and aches were part of getting older, but I wanted to be able to work and live without my body holding me back. After an informative assessment with Amy and a course of spinal adjustments, advice, stretches and changes to my exercise routine, I feel like I'm in better physical health than I've been in years and now free from pain. Fantastic experience: I came to HSW after ending up in hospital with really bad back pain which meant I couldn’t move my left leg properly. I started with massages only and Yolanda, the massage therapist, suggested I should see Veronica for an assessment. Veronica found lots of issues with my body, which were causing my pain and we jointly decided a bit of an overhaul was needed. Fantastic experience: I was having sciatic problems for years and it was impacting my ability at times to enjoy a sporting life. I was recommended Hope Spinal Wellness. And after a few correction sessions and deep massages I feel again in control of what sports and exercises I can do. I wish I knew about these guys earlier. Fantastic experience: I came to hope wellness mid way through my pregnancy with back and neck pain, feeling really uncomfortable. Veronica and the team have been great in supporting me in feeling more aligned and alleviating pain making my pregnancy much smoother and easier to manage. Fantastic experience: Was having issues with my left hip resulting in it impacting my daily life, (driving/sleeping/standing) as well as work and the ability to continue playing sports. When I first attended 8 weeks ago, I was really struggling physically with a knee injury that was also getting me down mentally. Fantastic experience: The "8 Weeks To Wellness" program has been a game changer for me. I have lost nearly a stone in weight and feel like a new person both mentally and physically. Fantastic experience: I have suffered from persistent headaches for years which intensified some months ago. I often woke in the night in terrible pain and was living on painkillers. I also had high blood pressure and my diet was not healthy. My headaches became so bad I had to be signed off work and my quality of life was very poor. Veronica has been treating me since January 2023 and my headaches stopped in mid March. With support and advice from the clinic I have also lost over a stone in weight and my blood pressure has returned to normal without medication. Fantastic experience: I traveled to the UK from the states and upon arrival I had severe lower back pain to the extent that I could barely walk around the block. I made an appointment with Charlie Gregory and within the third visit my back pain diminished and I was able to walk 2-3 miles a day. All because of the outstanding treatment of Charlie Gregory. Fantastic experience: I first came to Hope Spinal Wellness early last year for some neck, hip, lower back and knee discomfort which was inhibiting my ability to exercise. I am quite anxious and get very nervous going to new places, but the entire team was (is!) fantastic - so very warm and welcoming, I felt instantly at ease with them. Veronica especially has been brilliant - she was very thorough in her assessments of my posture and frame, creating a bespoke plan to help me improve areas where wear and tear/bad habits were starting to cause damage. I am still seeing her on a bi-monthly basis for adjustments, which always leave me feeling "unlocked" and able to exercise with no pain/resistance, and renewed energy. It's really quite incredible how much better I feel compared to last year (considering I didn't feel like I was suffering very much!). Fantastic experience: Having an injury myself for several years. I’ve seen loads of chiropractors and got amazing relief. However since Veronica has been adjusting me, the amount I can do in the gym is Unfathomable, along with being able to sit longer pain free. The team of massage therapists are next to none. Fantastic experience: Walking into Hope Spinal Wellness reminds me of visiting a spa, its has a friendly, calming atmosphere as soon as you arrive, I particularly liked the privacy of each room. I celebrated my 60th this year and unfortunately lock down had a very negative impact on my mental and physical well being, having problems with lower back, neck and shoulder, although I have had chiropractic adjustments in the past somewhere else, I decided to try HSW. I liked Veronica instantly and her knowledge, and treatment plan of gradually helping me improve with adjustments, gentle exercises to start with, which will increase as my body repairs, then advancing to see Scott in there fitness Gym. I am now having massages and soon to start the 8 week wellness program, which also helps with life style choices with how you eat. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. I didn't even realise I had major spinal issues until they showed me my X-rays. The constant need to crack my neck disappeared after just 3-4 adjustments with the chiropractor, although I still need many more - 100% worth it! Fantastic experience: The team at Hope Wellness are magical. I went in a few months ago because I couldn’t look to the side and had quite a bit of neck and back pain. My pain is now gone, I have full movement in my neck and my posture has improved! The team are friendly, professional and so knowledgeable! Within a few moments Charlie was able to tell me how my body was misaligned and then took pictures and X-rays that showed exactly what she said. At that moment I knew this place was no joke. Over the last months not only have the team been fixing up my body, but they’ve also been teaching me how to listen to my body and notice when something isn’t quite right which has honestly made all the difference. Fantastic experience: After 2 years of A-Levels and a year of working at home due to COVID, I had really bad neck and shoulder pain. Fantastic experience: I've had chronic back pain for over a decade. I'm still in my twenties, that's more than half my life. A friend recommended HSW to me and I've been there for a month. I never felt until now that things could really turn around. I've done physical therapy multiple times and saw numerous doctors over the years. They either made things worse or tried to prescribe me pain killers. I am so grateful for HSW and the work they are doing to help people like me. I have one less grievance standing in my way and it has been a major one but HSW is helping me tackle it step by step. They will do everything they can to help you achieve your wellness goal but remember you have to show up! Fantastic experience: I have now had 10 chiropractic adjustments made to my neck, shoulders, spine and pelvis and I am feeling much better and able to move without being in constant pain. Until I saw the x-rays, I could not have guessed how much damage I had done. It was affecting my work, my hobbies and my life in general (during the COVID pandemic when I could not have any massages or physiotherapy treatment to help). Fantastic experience: I learned about Hope Spinal Wellness, Veronica and their 8WW in a chiropractic magazine. I live in Chester. Veronica and her team are based in Canterbury. Of course this meant I can only ask for her advice as I could not travel to Canterbury during the lockdown. I was pleasantly surprised how generous Veronica is with her time. She spoke to me and my family over couple of video calls to establish how she can help me. She then gave me a few tips which at the beginning they sounded very basic but after following her advice for a month, I feel a totally different person! I cannot thank her enough for the positive impact she has had on my life and how caring and generous she is with her time and knowledge. Fantastic experience: I wanted to wait to write this review until after a few adjustments to see how I would feel as I have had a rough experience with medical professionals my entire life. I tried other places in Canterbury that felt uncomfortable for whatever reason, mostly due to being talked down to and belittled. That is when I landed on Hope Spinal Wellness. I was apprehensive going into my first appointment, I have lived with chronic pain for as long as I can remember, I can’t remember that last time I wasn’t in severe pain. When I walked in, I was greeted by Scott’s lovely smile, which made me feel right at home and at ease. I wasn’t met with anyone trying to oversell the experience; he showed me around and directed me into the room where I would have my consultation. That is where I met Veronica; this is where the experience was what made me want to start treatment with her. She listened to me; we filled two whole pages of symptoms, accidents, issues, pain experiences, etc., on my chart. I was still wary and wanted to make sure that she knew that I’m tired, tired of being maligned by medical professionals, tired of being promised the world and getting nothing. I stated that “I didn’t want anyone to blow smoke at me. I don’t want to be promised the world. I want my body to feel better. I’m 31, and my body feels like it is breaking down; this doesn’t seem right; I shouldn’t feel like this.” Veronica had me walk, bend to see my flexibility, check my posture, feet, and, most importantly, my spine, which hurt me. I have a sensitive back, I have done everything to make it hate me, and everywhere she checked hurt, but I expected that. It wasn’t anything she was doing that is just how much pain I have lived with for years. Once that was over, she said it was clear that I was in a lot of pain. I had Xrays, and such from previous doctors visits and such that we reviewed the next day, she went in-depth about what was wrong and where. I found out my neck is beginning to curve in the wrong direction, and two parts of my spine are leaning. Veronica explained that my headaches and pinched nerve were likely caused by my neck being in such bad shape. She didn’t promise me the world, only to do everything she could to help get me back to feeling better. I was thankful to hear that. We agreed on a plan to get me back to feeling somewhere between wellness and comfort, which sounded great after years of being entirely at dis-ease. I had my first adjustment that day which also told me more about HPS than the other places; they weren’t going to delay my treatment any longer to pull more money. I think the first two or three adjustments having my back touched was a bit painful, as it has always been, but as the sessions have gone on, I noticed the pain has been dramatically less. I never thought I would ever get that feeling in my life. When Veronica adjusted my neck, I heard it and felt it! I sat up, and a wave came over me. I had to stuff the tears of relief down. It was the first time in years I had any relief from pain. I could hear my thoughts. The first week I had three sessions in a row, which was a lot on my body. I slept a lot that week. But my body needed it. Now I can walk better, for longer, my legs don’t keep me up a night, and I can sleep better. My neck pain has improved so much, it hurts less now than ever before, and I can work longer. I know there is a long way for me to go; this first step was a huge help! I cannot express in words the thanks I have for the relief that a few short sessions have given me. I have lived so long in pain and discomfort that I was to the point of accepting it, even at 31, but I have so much left I want to accomplish that rolling over and giving up now would be sad and a waste of a life.
