Fantastic experience: Stuart's professionalism, expertise and care, are second to none. He pays careful attention to concerns and queries, offering cogent, advice and insight. I was really apprehensive about seeking treatment beforehand and very 'green' in my understanding of sports injuries and rehabilitation. Stuart immediately made me feel at ease, taking the time to guide me through a series of checks and movements, ensuring no stone was left unturned in isolating the root causes of my injury. He patiently answered my many questions, ensuring I was clear on how my muscles, knees and movement interact when running. Stuart also gave clear, comprehensive explanations regarding strength building and reparative exercises when demonstrating them, that allowed for adaptation if necessary. Most invaluable, is Stuart's knack for perfecting that balance between offering calm reassurance and firm caution in advising on treatment, training and recovery. All steeped in the science of how the body works and what different exercises achieve, rather than opinion or conjecture. I couldn't hope for a more trusted or skilled physiotherapist as I journey towards running the London Marathon in April and am forever grateful for Stuart's work - and to the friend who highly recommended him in the first place. Fantastic experience: Been working with Natasha pre and post ACL reconstruction and she has been hands down the best physio I’ve ever seen. This is my third knee surgery and nobody has ever taken the care that Natasha has and I’ve never felt so confident in pushing myself in rehab. She has been able to help with any small thing that has come up and I haven’t just completed my first 5k after nearly 3 years of injury. Cant put into words quite how much Natasha has helped me!

Fantastic experience: I have had great treatment at Complete Physio - from initial advice from Chris, with recommendations for surgeons to do my (completely knackered) knee replacement - which was carried out successfully, then through to a rehab programme supervised by Stuart. This guided me through initial exercises, then gym work, then back to playing sports after 6-7 months. The whole process has been great and has made a big difference.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent advice from Chris and was then treated by Stuart who was extremely thorough and guided me back to full strength in my arm, after over a year of struggling with persistent tennis elbow. This is an extremely professional company with therapists who really listen to the issues - would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My Podiatrist recommended I go to see Luke to get a diagnosis of foot issue. Luke was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. The ultra sound diagnosed the issue and a follow up appointment for a Steroid injection has made a massive difference to my foot and I feel confident to start running again.

Shoulder pain had plagued me for nearly a year, after a work injury to both rotator cuff’s, left me with constant pain, due to the nature of my work conventional physio and pain relief just wasn’t moving me forward, after meeting with Luke over in Cambridge he quickly diagnosed my issues with a scan and physical examination, he recommended a steroid injection to both shoulders, this was effortlessly guided into the joint with ultrasonic guidance….. the difference is night and day in terms of my pain! I now have a full range of movements with no signs of pain, just brilliant, Luke has followed up with an email to see how I am getting on, and put me in touch with a local physio for strengthening, all round fantastic easy to access service!

Fantastic experience: Struggling with self inflicted planter fasciitis for 6 months ..nhs physio was able to help improve foot strength but without reducing my pain level which was becoming unbearable Booked in with complete physio Cambridge for an injection with Luke milward after 5 minutes consultation and an ultrasound sound scan he had confirmed extreme planter fasciitis and administered a guided injection into my heel …it’s been 4 weeks now and the improvement is life changing from a mental health perspective the pain was becoming difficult to manage bringing its own issues which have now diminished along with pain Thank you .

Fantastic experience: I have used Complete Physio twice. On both occasions, I was seen and assessed swiftly. On this occasion I was seen by Luke who gave me good, clear advice. I opted for a steroid injection for a shoulder impingement, which has gone smoothly and provided the pain relief I needed to embark on shoulder strengthening work.

This will be my future physio to go to if the need arises I have no hesitation in recommending Luke at Complete Physio to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Complete Physio by my personal physio due to deterioration and pain in my left knee. Subsequently have had two treatments firstly involving ultrasound and steroid injection administered by Chris. Subsequently received HA injection from Luke which so far has brought major improvement to strength and mobility. The advice, treatment and professionalism of this clinic is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Chris treated my 4th digit trigger finger with a steroid injection, after diagnosis and referral from my local physiotherapist. The whole process took less than 20 mins and within 7 days my finger was painless and completely back to normal, enabling me to resume playing tennis. Great service and very successful treatment.

Fantastic experience: Chris was recommended to me by my local pilates studio for a steroid injection to treat a long-standing hip issue which had been diagnosed by MRI and which meant I was unable to walk without pain. Chris listened carefully to me, then explained the process and carried out an ultrasound scan before doing the injection into my hip. It was quick and hardly uncomfortable at all. I am now at least 80% better and able to hike for hours, which is just brilliant and we also have a plan to treat the minor residual discomfort which is due to something which Chris spotted on the ultrasound. I highly recommend Chris and the practice.

Fantastic experience: Great assistance from Alastair on my shoulder recovery. Had surgery to fix a torn rotator cuff and was referred to him to assist in my recovery. Each session with Alastair, my shoulder was assessed and exercises given to help strengthen the it plus make it more mobile. Happy to say the shoulder is now very functional and regained the strength. Thank you Alastair

Fantastic experience: If you have a painful joint and you go to see a consultant, you may well be sent for physio first. If only we could all get to see these guys! The fact they do diagnostic ultrasound, guided injections and other interventional treatments means your more likely to get to the bottom of the problem, quickly! My go-to!

Fantastic experience: My physio John is amazing, really got to the heart of my problem quickly and has given me lots of self-management exercises and explained very clearly the nature of my problem. The reception staff are delightful and the premises are clean and well equipped. Good communication and no delay in sending through the exercise programme via the app.

Negative experience: the treatment was excellent and evertone there was s helpful.. Jake did a wonderful job and he went out of his way to provide me with info about alternative sites such as Age concern where I could obtain other treatment for my toenails. I would give my visit there this afternoon the maximum number of stars possible

Fantastic experience: Tash was my physio for pre and post surgery program, ACL reconstruction with hamstring graft. I’m honestly stronger and more structurally sound due to her guidance over the last 18 months than I was before snapping my knee. I’ve gone from not being able to walk to dynamic explosive movements, Olympic weightlifting again and even returning to grappling/martial arts under Tash’s instruction. She’s even had a positive influence on my attitude towards running =) Completed my first half marathon.

Fantastic experience: I visited Emerson at the Angel clinic with bad knees that i was told there wasn’t anything that could be done on the NHS. I found complete injections & decided it was worth a try. What a difference the hyaluronic acid injections have made to my knees. Complete life changing! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Complete physio in my opinion is your go to place for physiotherapy. I was having lower back pain and had seen numerous physios and specialists but none have provided the root cause and patient care that Alastair has provided. He’s not go to where he is by chance. At the first appointment, he recognised the issue and provided me conservative physiotherapy management. The results? I was moving a lot more than I did in a 3 week period, confidence restored and feel like I’m getting back to somewhere to my best. Don’t believe what I say, book your appointment and see for yourself. Above all, he is a very lovely person with a high level of integrity. Writing this review doesn’t do complete physio any justice. You need to visit it for great results. Value for money.

Fantastic experience: Annabel Hawker is an expert at dealing with Hyper mobility and is everything you could dream for in a physio. She really is more than a physio in the sense that she coaches you encourages you on, and teaches you about your body and lights up the way forwards. Hyper mobility, muscular weakness are actually very complex issues and personally I am extremely grateful to her for how she rehabs me. She is kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. She also knows when to push and when to let you just get to a level point before moving you on. That is a true gift! She is an exceptionally talented physio and honestly if your Hypermobile she is the one to go to! She can give you your wings back! Blessed to have found her. Thank you Annabel. forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: During my session with Chris he displayed knowledge and expertise several levels above what what you're going to get from a bog standard physio. Yes I picked him from his website bio especially for his experience and it's not cheap compared to your bog standard physio. However you get far more than you pay for. I've had so many issues mis-diagnosed by physios in the past it's unreal. I do not have 30 minutes a day for months to do exercises that your standard physio gives you based on basic diagnosis, only to find out later that the diagnosis was wrong and ask that time was wasted. Chris uses a combination of diagnostic ultrasound and deep physio experience to diagnose you, I'm not sure you're going to get that combination of skills, knowledge and experience in too many other places. I know from my own workspace that multidisciplinary skills combined in one person are many times more powerful than going to see a specialist in each field (ultrasound and physiotherapy) seperately. I had for all intents and purposes given up on physiotherapy as a field, it's let me down so many times. Chris has restored my faith and will be my go to from now on. The only downside of leaving this review is that it might contribute to him being harder for me to get time with in future!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Chris at the Chelsea clinic for treatment for arthritic knees in 2019. I was impressed not only by his diagnostic skills and techniques but also by his personality. Previous to that I went to a private hospital for treatment for a very painful elbow where an orthopedic SURGEON gave a steroid injection and I was writhing in pain for several hours, needless to say I gave up my membership! I see Chris on and off since then for treatment to my knees and a very worn out elbow where I believe only steroid injections will work. As I felt very unwell recently went to see Chris who skillfully diagnosed the cause of pain and gave a steroid injection guided by ultrasound, and no means by guesswork which still brings horrific memories.
