Peloton Studios London

Fantastic experience: I am a huge Peloton fan and I am so happy to say I made it into a class with my dad in 2023 and 2024! Hopefully I will get to go again someday! The studio is beautiful and I have also been to the New York studio. I will say the London studio is smaller, but honestly a more beautiful space. It is well organized, clean, in the bathrooms are well stocked! The staff and instructors are all extremely kind and happy for you to be there!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic first experience at Peloton Studios London. The studio is in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk from Covent Garden underground. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and made sure that all information was shared on arrival as a first time visitor. Fantastic shower and changing room facilities. The class experience was amazing and I was delighted to get a shoutout from Hannah for my milestone class. The whole process is so well organised. Brilliant experience and I really hope I get to book in for another class when I’m in London again in the future.

Fantastic experience: As a dedicated Peloton member for over five years, coming to Peloton London was on my bucket list! A shame their schedule isn’t very big to offer more options since I can’t visit as easily from Canada as I can to PSNY. Staff was friendly and helpful. They didn’t hand out entry cards for my running class like they do in New York. The running studio was great with 14 treads. I feel like it has more camera angles too! Jon Hosking is a delight and lovely person to meet. Love how the shower rooms have lights to indicate if in use and can lock and put towels inside - these are better than New York. A great experience and I hope to be back one day!

Fantastic experience: While visiting London, we did a studio ride with Hannah Frankson, and it was such a cool experience. The facility was beautiful and everyone was very friendly. This was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Fantastic experience: We were in London in August and went to the studio to buy apparel. I was offered a last minute spot with Susie Chan and after much hesitation decided to go for it. The very thought of an in person class was incredibly overwhelming, but Tiahna really encouraged me. Needless to say, it was such a great time that my daughter and I came back for my 1000th ride with Hannah Frankson. We had so much fun that we kept adding classes and spent 3 days in the studio. It’s not just the instructors that make the experience, but the staff too. They are behind the scenes making it all come together and do so with such enthusiasm and grace. Wayne and Elizabeth, you and your team are amazing and we are so grateful to you all. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable, it was everything we had hoped for and more!

Fantastic experience: First time doing a live class and it was amazing. The entire booking, check in, facilities, and of course class were seamless and top notch.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible experience! If you are a fan of Peloton, this is a must do! I participated in the 30 min Mark Ronson Ride with Ben Alldis and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations! Ben is my favorite Peloton instructor and to participate in a live session with an energetic playlist made it epic! My recommendation is to arrive early and savor the experience. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful (I had a ton of questions). After you sign in, you can go to the changing area/locker room. The entire facility is “gender neutral” as they have individual changing closets/showers. After changing, I explored the studio before my glass began. I relaxed about 30 minutes in the Peloton cafe and enjoyed a protein shake - “On your bike” (very good/not too sweet). The riders queued up 30 minutes before the class began. The production team led us into the studio and we got to select and adjust our bikes. It was easy to log in using the QR code on the screen. Note - the screen on the studio bikes are smaller and do not connect to your heart rate monitor. The production crew makes sure everything is ready and will take pictures of you on your bike. Then with much hype and excitement, Ben Alldis made his entry. He greeted everyone in the class and got us warmed up on our bikes. And within a few minutes, we were “live”. The class was amazing, but went way too fast. Afterwards, we got to have our picture made with Ben. I was so impressed as I got to chat with him for what seemed like five minutes and never felt rushed. Finally, I showered in the locker room (which was very clean and well appointed) before heading out - very satisfied, but also sad this amazing experience was over. I’ve been riding Peloton for two years and prior to this experience I had felt like I was part of the Peloton tribe, but now I truly feel like a Peloton family member.

Staff in studio experience so helpful. Instructor awesome. Very inspiring. Wonderful photo opportunity. Also a apparel store and cafe If you have a Peloton addiction, this is the place for you!

Positive experience: Fun to visit if you're a Peloton user. Not much there if you are not taking a class. Toilets are clean and very modern.

Negative experience: Popped into the shop to check out the Peloton Tread (as I have the bike+ and very happy with this) . Got completely ignored by the staff even though I was in there for ten minutes discussing it with my wife. So decided to leave it as no one seemed to be interested in asking us anything even though the shop was empty bar one other customer. Very very disappointed with this service considering Peloton need sales.

I would highly recommend coming here if you are into Peloton fan. It generally is a little bit easier to book when compared to the NY studio. Note: Multiple people had issues with ride share services dropping off a block away from the studio when inputting the address listed in the email.

Fantastic experience: Are you kidding me?!? Other than getting married and having our son, this was one of the Top 5 experiences of my life. Being able to be a part of “Together we go far” was just amazing. I’m so thankful I was able to be a part of it. Hannah and I would be friends if we didn’t live so far away. ❤️

Fantastic experience: All of the staff were extremely welcoming, I took a class stack with Bradley, who is just amazing and has contagious energy and laughter. They also let my husband store his backpack so he could explore the area while I was in the studio. I hope to be back some day!

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, everyone who works there is so kind and knowledgeable! I had a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back and run in the studio again. It is a well organized operation and they are so well prepared for guests. I took a 30-minute intervals run with Susie Chan in May 2023, and it was an incredible experience, Susie has amazing energy! Before my run, I went upstairs to the juice bar and had an energizing smoothie that I have to say did the job! After class, I went downstairs to the locker rooms, and they had everything I needed to shower and groom myself after my run. Everything was well thought out and accommodating. 10/10 highly recommend! The only thing that was a little disappointing was the Peloton apparel next door... there just wasn't much to choose from. But that is a separate experience.

Fantastic experience: When my husband and I planned our trip for London last month, a Peloton class was at the top of my list for things I wanted to do while there. Snagging a class online wasn't exactly easy but it is easier than getting a spot in the NYC studios. I was able to get on the waitlist for a class with Sam Yo (my favorite instructor!) and found out 1 week before the trip that I made it into the class. We walked to the studio from our hotel and got there about 45 minutes early. Everyone at the studio is so so nice. From the moment you check in, to the women who directed me to the locker room to the people that help you in studio each person is so accommodating. It was super interesting to see how the Peloton classes are filmed and the energy in the room during a live class was so fun! It is kind of a time commitment because you have to check in early and you probably want to stay for the photo line afterwards but if you can fit this into your itinerary I definitely recommend it!

Ein sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Team, saubere Duschen (Einzelkabinen), ordentliche Umkleiden, kostenlose Leihschuhe bei Bedarf, Frisiertische, alles da! Dazu eine nette Lounge für ein schönes Get Together. Echt toll!

Fantastic experience: I came today to the studio (14th Feb 2024) with my daughter as we have just purchased a peloton bike and we had some questions. We were greeted by Kemi who could not have been more helpful, patient, kind and joyful. She made it the most delightful experience for the two of us! The information she gave us was really helpful and there was nothing she didn't know. She put the biggest smiles on our faces and literally made our day! Well done to whomever hired Kemi because she is exceptional and one of a kind. We will be back and we are so grateful for a wonderful experience! Thanks Kemi!

Fantastic experience: I would give it more stars if I could! The London studio was so organized, great facilities with individual showers, big locker room. Every staff member was happy and friendly, answered all my questions. The shop has a decent selection of merch with a few London specific items. Class was so fun. Would definitely come back.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at PSL today! The staff was friendly and helpful answering questions relating to checking in, storing personal items at the lockers, renting shoes, and locating the shower area. Special shout out to Tanu who made my experience even more memorable by giving me Peloton swag to remember my experience and birthday at the studio. I also personally prefer the London studio to New York’s as each shower area has a door you can lock with a room right before the shower to keep your clothes dry. For reference, New York’s showers are communal and only have a shower curtain.

Fantastic experience: An incredible experience to do a live class while on our trip to Europe! The facilities were very nice, with lockers, a large shower area, and changing rooms. The upstairs has a great coffee and smoothie bar for a good post-workout snack or drink. The production around the workout was seamless and everyone we interacted with were fantastic. Joslyn was a phenomenal instructor and so kind! She greeted us all before the class, gave us high-fives after, and took a picture with us!

The staff was helpful, energetic, and truly showed they were excited to make everything happen. The experience in the studio was awesome - explained very clearly while also being carried out with high energy and genuine enthusiasm - that's not an easy task. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind alle super freundlich, erklären alles ganz genau und man hat dort alles was man braucht. Man muss nur Sportsachen mitbringen, alles andere (Schuhe, Handtücher, Shampoo, Kosmetikartikel) bekommt man dort. Und die Trainer:innen sind sowieso alle super.

Studio 2 with the treads was nice. JJ was amazing. So funny and the class flew by. They take a group pic and then individual pics after and email them. I didn’t use the showers etc but they look clean and stocked with anything you need. Upstairs is a juice bar. Thanks for the great live class. The team at PSL is amazing!!

Fantastic experience: A destination for cult of Peloton. It may seem odd that a vacation highlight involves this much sweat. But it’s a great experience to go behind the scenes of the cycle and tread studio. Did three classes over two days - cycle with Hannah and Sam and tread with Josalyn. All so fun and inspiring. Great processes for check in and getting members in and out. Bike shoes available too. Nice photo opps and exclusive merch. Also used shower facilities and really appreciated access to Dyson hairdryers. Staff is beyond friendly. And the ratio of staff to guests is impressive - they totally remembered me on my second day. Also note: more Americans than Britts! Did I go to London to run on a tread next to someone who lives 15 minutes away from me in Florida? I did! But Peloton is about community. And this proves it.
