Fantastic experience: I’ve been training here for about two weeks, and the place surprised me in the best way. The coaches are friendly but EXTREMELY skilled they take training seriously and keep things strict when it matters. The atmosphere is supportive and intense at the same time, which pushes you to level up fast. Training here has already changed my confidence and mindset. The gym is very clean, the equipment is top-tier, and the people are genuinely good. Sparring is done at your pace, but the overall environment is serious and focused. I’d recommend this gym to anyone who truly wants to change their life, especially if they struggle with confidence. This is the place that’ll bring the best out of you.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym for beginners, Nathan Bendon will help you not only with your Muay Thai but also with your strength. I have started in 2023 and now I'm better than ever, Muay Thai brings up your confidence and maturity so Nathan did a Amazing job. I also like another coach called Edmund Ferreira he helped me through out and tought me the ways, techniques , he was there for my first inter club and helped me push through to win. Another coach is Damian Benak he toughened me up with the hips and tricks showing me how to take punches or kicks like a man.

Fantastic experience: Been bringing my two boys (7 and 9 years of age) here for Thai boxing lessons for the last two months. I wasn't sure what to expect but as a father who spent a few years training in Thai boxing gyms I must say that this place exceeded my expectations. The main coach Nathan is an active profession fighter with several world titles. He is involved in every session, personally training the kids. There are always at least 3-4 other coaches supporting the sessions. I've noticed every child gets the needed attention and support in every session. Also, every one of the other coaches are also fighters and a good bunch of lads. Both of my boys love attending the sessions. They never complain about needed to go for training. They've both grown in confidence and discipline generally. Well done to Nathan for nurturing an excellent school for children and adults to learn Thai boxing. May you grow further and prosper.

Negative experience: Horrible administrative, my membership was rolling, two classes a week, I attended for 1 month and asked for a temporary cancellation because I didn't know if I would practice again, I was informed that I could pause for only one month which was very strange, even so there was automatic debit, and also for the next two months, even though I canceled definitively. I requested a refund several times, I had a response asking for the bank details, so far I have not received the refund, the whole process has been going on for 4 months, when I get my refund I hope to come back here to give feedback on the situation.

What are you guys their for to rip parents off do not use this place many other schools with professional teachers not this scam. Negative experience: Answer to the reply from the owner  Please don't pretend to understand the frustration of being robbed. You did exactly the same a year ago to Akik Meah who it seems from his review, was subjected to the same treatment. Your website clearly differentiates between rolling contracts which are priced differently from other (non-rolling) 6 months contracts. If the direct debit continues to be paid after the end of the minimum contract then what's the difference between the non rolling and rolling contract. The answer is NONE. Its pure and simple greed and day light robbery, there's no other explanation. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS GYM The gym is a complete fraud. I made the mistake of setting up a direct debit for what I thought was a 6 months contract. But the gym has been taking money from my account even though the contract expired a year ago. The young bearded guy at the reception couldn't explain why they've been taking money off my account even though the 6 contract has expired a year ago. There was no apologies, no regrets because it was apparently my fault. This is highly unethical if not illegal when my son hasn't attended they gym for over a year and the gym still benefitting from this supposedly indefinite direct debit that I signed up for. Please please do NOT SIGN ANY CONTACT. My son quickly got bored of the repetitive exercises and didn't think the teachers here were up to standard. Most of the sessions were conducted by young teenagers who barely knew any form of boxing themselves. So please don't waste your money, look elsewhere!! Date of experience: June 01, 2023

Negative experience: BE AWARE: GREEDY INDIVIDUAL AND FAKE REVIEWS Most of these reviews are fake (made by friends and family) and are 3 years old ! The guy is just after money and doesn't care whether you want to go or not - absolutely disgusting individual - never met anyone as greedy as this guy! Ties you into an annual contract with no get out clause and doesn't care about circumstances- all he wants is his money or threatens to send collections. Took my kid for a couple of months, but he got bored due to repetitive basic movements and overcrowding. With no get out clause, I had to pay for rest of the year even though my kid never attended after initial couple of months! Really disgusting, money grabbing individual! Decided to take him to a much better and well structured place.

The trainer is experienced and the sessions are enjoyable and are perfect for both experienced people and fresh starters. Perfect place for anyone who is maybe a little sceptical about starting as everyone is helpful and friendly, but also amazing for people who already have experience as Nathan (the coach) has the ability, experience and facilities to improve anyone's ability. There are also female only classes. I could not recommend anymore highly of this place. First session is FREE so most definitely worth a try for anybody.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Gym top trainers I'm a middle-aged man who was brand new to Muay Thai, from day one I felt welcome buy all members and they have had the patients to help me get to a reasonable standard and still working with me. I have seen massive benefits not only weight loss (3 stone so far) but personally I haven't felt this active in a long time. Not only training Nathan has helped with dieting to help me loose those extra pounds.
