Their service was highly professional from start to finish, and the difference they made to my bike setup was incredible. I actually found them by coincidence because they were the closest to me. What a find! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience, very friendly and courteous staff all around. Furthermore great at explaining the process and the choices made in dialling in the new setup. Finally happy to work with me on a relatively budget bike showing they are happy to provide the same service regardless of what bike you ride! Perfecto! *Edit* - managed to get out and about and the bike now feels much better than before. Certainly a noticeable improvement in average speed and comfort throught the rides.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible service! Stopped by as an emergency because I punctured my rear tire and needed to get to uni quick. Super fast service and great, kind staff. Honestly, I came in expecting to pay a ridiculous fee for the sudden pit stop and just because it's in Kensington but the price was absolutely fair and respectable. Just great staff doing great work. So glad I stopped by because I'll definitely be coming back when my bike needs service again. :) Love you guys!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend highly enough! I've visited many shops for bike fitting but none come close. The shop itself is amazing and Spencer was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. He provided an unparalleled bike fitting experience with great attention to detail and great advice/best practices.

Fantastic experience: I dropped by Personal Bikefit by chance, I was out riding and my pedal was coming out of the crank. I didn't catch a name but they were incredibly helpful, they rethreaded the crank, put the pedal back in and had me on my way within 10 minutes. They were really friendly and you could tell by their set-up and just by chatting that they know their stuff - you're in good hands here!

Fantastic experience: Spencer and the team were the best. I had my bike fit a few months ago with them and still absolutely loving it. Spencer is an absolute perfectionist in the best way possible and took care with every detail to get my set up just right. I was also slightly concerned on booking that maybe my bike wasn’t nice enough for the service but I was made to feel super welcome. I couldn’t be happier now - the bike is perfect for me. I have seen my power and speed improve as well as experiencing no discomfort on long rides. I will for sure be back with my next bike!

Negative experience: I regret ever going to Personal Bike Fit. After my session, I had serious follow-up questions and concerns, all of which have been ignored. Spencer has not responded to a single email, message, or call without me calling the shop. No bio-mechanics check, no plan or follow up program to fix my fit. There are plenty of fitters who take their clients seriously. Personal Bike Fit is not one of them.

Negative experience: Big lier! Told me to come back later and didn't change inner tube, just pump up, in half hour was flat again! £20 was lost! When I back he want another £20 ! Disgusting dishonest don't trust him!

Fantastic experience: I only popped in as my tyre was a bit soft yet got treated with maximum respect and professionalism. Impressed that they knew Koga-Miyata merger opened European market to Shimano and therefore Dutch caused us all to have Shimano components on our bikes :)

Fantastic experience: I punctured 2 miles down the road and not only did I forget my tyre levers but also didnt pack an actualy working innertube, after 40 minutes of trying to fix my puncture, 1 CO2 later all was lost, nothing worked, so im in trouble, google maps, where is there a bike shop, well Bike Fit is 10 mins away, damn I have to ask a bike fitter for help, well they are alot more than a bike fitter! its a full blown bike shop!! they are amazing, they helped me so much get back on track and to get home, pay these guys a visit for your bike fit, or a new bike or an inner tube! they have everything!! thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I had reached out to Spencer for a bike fit in January. After seeing the show room and gym, I decided to book 10 personal training sessions with Spencer to improve my efficiency and power on the bike. This has been by far the best investment I have made to my cycling - I have been blown away by the passion and energy Spencer brings to every session (even at 6am!!!) alongside a significant improvement to my efficiency and power output. Half way through my sessions I had an ironman 70.3 where I PB'd the bike by 25 minutes on a course with rolling hills - this is the impact Spencer can have. My last session, we completed an FTP test where I saw an increase from 309 to 354 watts. I cannot recommend the services enough - I will definitely be back! Thank you Spencer and team!

I was initially quite sceptical that the fit would make a difference to my riding but can confidently say that it feels like a different bike now - so much more comfortable and I'm no longer experiencing discomfort. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend bike fit with Spencer as a female rider & triathlete, never been so comfortable on my bike! The biggest difference I’ve noticed is how well positioned my seat is now. Women’s specific saddles/positions are hard to get right and this is the first time I’ve felt super comfortable over long rides (also wasn’t at all awkward to discuss this with Spencer!). Adjustments to handlebars/headset/aero bars also really improved my riding position and ability to ride on the drops. Bike felt like a speed demon on my next race, my saddle didn’t even cross my mind. Overall, great experience, great results, thanks Spencer!

Fantastic experience: The most cost effective way to boost your power output! Really good experience, Spencer really took his time to make sure everything was right. It felt like a new bike post session and I gained a 15%+ increase in power post bike fit. I went from averaging 145 watts on a normal session to 170, and There was a minor issue with the bike fit dimensions sheet, but Spencer booked me in again to rectify free of charge. He couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Here's a technology you cannot buy: excellent customer service, a charming personality, and a commitment and love of cycling. As a cherry on top, I'm speechless on the improvement in my comfort and cycling ability by booking a bicycle fitting. I'm only inclined to give 5 stars to businesses that hit all the marks both in product but also in service. That was easy in this case.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience with Spencer. Would give it 6 stars if I could! Went in with very little knowledge of bikes and little confidence. Spencer took time to explain everything and make sure the bike fit as well as it could to my frame. Before the fit my ftp was around 230 and only a few days after the fit it shot up to 276… couldn’t ask for better. If you’re on the fence about going, I promise you won’t regret it! Went a 2nd time in July and Spencer's service was once again spectacular. You can tell he really cares about his clients and I personally could not ask for more.

Fantastic experience: Spencer's enthusiasm for bikes and cycling is matched by his skill and vast knowledge. In three hours he worked solidly to adapt the bike I have been riding for a year to my body and riding style. The result has been astonishing. He helped me to become more aware of my body while riding and some of the niggling aches and stresses after a long ride are now history. This bike fit was worth every penny I paid - and more. This is the best bit of bike help I have had since being taught to ride a bike as a child, many decades ago. Anyone spending money on a bike should seriosuly consider getting Spencer to fit the bike to their unique needs. My bike now truly feels like an extension of my body.

Fantastic experience: Fully recommend! I recently had a full bike fit with Spencer who owns Personal Bikefit and it was great. Spencer is high energy and really easy to get on with. He is an established cyclist himself and clearly knows his subject. Spencer took the time to learn about my past experience and future goals without making it feel like an interview. He explained every little tweak we made on the bike and we worked together to decide on whether it was an improvement. Spencer recognises that you can't definitively conclude whether each tweak is positive while you're on the turbo trainer and sent me away for a big weekend ride, fitting me in for another 1.5 hours of tweaks on Monday morning. This was perfect as I could give feedback on what worked well and what could be better. We spent 4.5 hours together in total and it never felt rushed or burdened, despite Spencer being in high demand. Overall, I feel more aero, my pedal stroke feels more engaged and efficient and I feel more knowledgeable about my bike position. If you're thinking about it, I fully recommend it. You spend so much time on the bike, it really pays to make these adjustments both for your performance and posture health.

Fantastic experience: I am a novice bike rider but decided on riding an Iron man in August in Estonia. I'd heard about Personal Bike fit from a friend and visiting Spencer (the owner) and Mia his apprentice was the best decision I made to prepare myself and my bike for the race. Fantastic experience: Honestly I have no words for how good Spencer is at totally transforming your ride. I thought my bike was 'great'....until Spencer got his hands on it, when it became 'Unbelievable'! And that was with minimal change of parts. Spent around 4 hours with Spencer across two sessions, riding it, having him record how I ride, and make 100s of adjustments all over the bike. We only changed the rear gear cassette to a completely new Shimano Ultegra set with gearing better suited to my riding, and the front handle bar stem. To say you are in a safe pair of hands would be an understatement. Months later I had a slight issue (which prompted me to do this review today) with my rear mech hanger being slightly bent. Took it in to Spencer, and treating me like a valued customer as he does all his customers, took the bike for a ride, popped the bike on a stand, bent the mech back and recalibrated the entire electronic gear system (I have an ultegra Di2).....and then promptly didn't charge me a penny for the privilege. Skilled, Professional, Expert, Friendly.....Thank you so much Spencer, I'm a customer for life!

Fantastic experience: I visited Spencer for a bike fitting. I ride several 1000s miles per year, my last bike fitting was done several years ago and since then I changed bikes more than once. Over the past couple of years I started developing some minor aches during long rides and decided a new professional fitting was due. Spencer was very helpful, we spent a full 3 hours looking at all details from cleats, insoles, to position of saddle, handlebar, brake levers. We adjusted several settings to look for my optimal/ natural position. The result felt good already in the shop, but the test of truth was when I started doing long ride on the road with my fitted bike. My burning in the left foot didn’t show up anymore, as well as the tension in the neck and shoulder (I also made few new PB as well :). It was also a pleasure talking about cycling in general during the session. Thank you Spencer. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a professional bike fitting in a friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: Spencer is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in bike fitting along with expertise in biomechanics when riding your bike. Before my bike fit I was struggling with backache towards the end of long rides and wasn’t pushing as much power as I would like. After my fit my position on the bike is much more comfortable, faster and no more backaches after long rides!

Fantastic experience: I went to Personal Bikefit for a fitting prior to cycling the NC500 in Scotland at the end of August. Spencer really knows his stuff and takes the time to understand what is going on with your fit, your previous issues, and ultimately offers solutions. Fantastic experience: I had an excellent and very comprehensive bikefit with Spencer. He reviewed my current bike and riding position and made essential changes to improve performance and fix a hip pain problem. I did 75 miles round the Surrey hills the day after and my average speed was noticeably improved with no more pain, so I am happy with the result. Compared to the price of new bike kit this was a great value upgrade!

Found the 2.5 hour fitting session a real crash course in bio mechanics and harnessing power through better configuration. Fantastic experience: I left my bike for service this morning and by 4:40pm it was ready for pickup. Spencer and his team did a terrific job in cleaning, replacing tubes, beak and gear inner cables on my 15 year old bike. I have never seen my bike so clean not felt so responsive! In the current pandemic/covid situation I realised I was getting very few 'steps' in per day and remembered my enjoyment cycling and decided to buy a great bike. I found the exact bike I wanted, however due to the global shortage with bicycles I had to purchase online without a proper fitting. After doing a ton of research I decided to enlist Spencer and Personal BikeFit to help me out. Having moved from the states, without much other than what I could carry - I needed some guidance.I Spencer helped me out a ton! He understood my needs and fit the bike perfectly for me. He gave me a few posture and coaching tips as well. He made sure I had all my questions answered before I left the store. Since our visit I am riding more much more comfortably and noticing the difference big time! Additionally he helped me choose shoes that fit beyond perfectly as well. Any items I asked about that he didn't have in store he not only made excellent recommendations, but emailed me the links where I could by them. Spencer's professionalism and most of all his contagious enthusiasm was evident throughout the 3 hours I spent with him. I honestly cannot recommend Spencer and Personal BikeFit enough!!

Fantastic experience: After reviewing various bike fitters in London I decided to use Personal Bikefit.com. I sent and email about arranging an appointment and after a few few emails back and forth a booked an appointment a couple weeks later on 20th June. This was a bit of a blind booking and I had no idea what to expect. I personally feel there are two aspects to a bike fit. One is the the experience and the other is the result of the fit itself. The experience: When I turned up Spencer met me at the door. The studio was spacious, clean and a nice space. Spencer spent some time understanding my requirements, my medical/injury history and what I am looking for from the fit. He then systematically moved across the different aspects of my fit. At all points explaining the reason for the changes and how the changes engage different muscle groups or how the change will effect my comfort on the bike. At the end of the fit I had a few shims in my shoes, saddle lowered and a much longer stem than I expected. I was comfortable will all changes made and the reasons for the changes. At no point did I feel that Spencer was trying to sell to me and the price for the parts I required where reasonable. The results: I have now been out for a few rides since my fit. I can notice that I am engaging more muscles in my legs which will take a little time to strengthen up but even with the fatigue in these muscle groups I am around half a mph quicker than before. I think I’m a few weeks this will increase. I have noticed a significant improvement in comfort and the bike has become much better to handle with an unexpected reduction in road buzz. Conclusion: I would highly recommend Personal Bikefit.com and Spencer. I have the results I wanted in respect of the fit and I enjoyed the whole process

Fantastic experience: My bike chain broke on the way to work and this was the only place that could do repairs early in the morning. The owner managed to do a quick repair that got me to work and ordered a new chain for the next day and managed to fit in a repair the same day. Excellent service at a good price, would highly recommend.
