Fantastic experience: My son (aged 4) has recently started the Junior Parkour sessions, and I am honestly so impressed. The coaches were so patient and worked so well with my son, showing him the ropes. Each session they show the kids a variety of courses and encourage them to work the courses at their pace, working their problem solving skills. It’s a great environment for kids to work out how to move through the course safely, risk assess their surroundings and listen to their coaches. It’s reasonably priced and comparable to other sports sessions in the area, though for my son nothing is quite as cool as ‘sick parkour’

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming to Parkour classes for a couple of months now and he loves it. He looks forward to it all week and always comes away proud of the new things he has achieved. Drew and Zach do a great job of keeping the kids engaged with incredible patience and have a really lovely way of encouraging the children to believe in themselves. Drew regularly tells the kids how great they are doing and Oliver has started copying his positivity by telling his friends 'what I loved about that was the way you...' Thank you for helping my busy boy be proud of himself (and sorry for the 100 times he calls your name every class!)

Positive experience: Bless the crew here at C.I.C. They are very excited and willing to help out as much as they can. My kid has been to two sessions with them so far and loved it. They change the course up every now and then which is a nice little bonus. Also for parents they have added in some basics such as drinks and a small tuck shop in case you need more energy than the kids. Will be heading back soon!! It can be hard to find the place but if you know the area it's easy enough. Aim for Ifield shops and it's located at the back. Parking can be a bit tricky depending how busy it is but you shouldn't have too much difficulty.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic place for kids to learn new skills and tricks in parkor and to burn off some energy. Josh and Theo are really good with the kids. Our daughter loves it very much.

Fantastic experience: A great set-up, very supportive coaches, classes for every level. My 11 and 13 year old boys have been coming for 6 months now and both thoroughly enjoy it. It's a great full body workout, lots of core strength work, great for balance and helps builds confidence. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter Lilly LOVES going to Traversal every Saturday, she started just before Christmas and is hooked. Josh and Theo are calm, funny informative teachers and very encouraging. The environment is a great place for kids to learn skills whilst getting rid of some energy! It's also good fun to watch! Highly recommend!

Josh the coach is amazing with the children & take extra care & attention especially if they need help with anything.. I would highly recommend this to any parent whose child is wanting to get into parkour!!

Fantastic experience: My boys have been to the 4-7 season twice and love it! The coaches are very patient with the new level youngsters and help them on the 4 courses. Both times we have been the course have changed too which is good.

Fantastic experience: This is become such an important part of my 6 yr olds life that he looks forward to it every week. He has become so much more confident with heights, jumping and he loves to see his muscles growing with every week that goes by with the aid of the parkour. The coaches are fantastic and help children of all ages and abilities with constructive feedback and give the kids a chance to explore by themselves and give the confidence to take part. Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. Both my boys go here age 7 and 10 and love it. The flexibility of not having to come every week (pay as you use) is a real bonus as fits around our busy schedules. My eldest had his birthday party here and it too was fantastic. Staff were all amazing and so kind and patient with all the kids. No judgement and all abilities welcome and accepted. Can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: This place feels like a second home with the friendly, inclusive staff and brilliant lessons. We just had a birthday party there too which was described as “the coolest party we have ever been to”. I cannot rate them highly enough. I promise, I’m not their mum but if my kids grow up half as awesome as these guys I’ll be very happy.

Fantastic experience: Our children have been coming here for 10 years now and the team are amazing! We find that Parkour helps our Eldest to regulate himself in a fun environment where he is around like minded people. All three of our children love coming to the sessions and are excited for every lesson! The coaches are all very knowledgeable and clearly love what they do! They are happy to speak to all the parents and will go above and beyond for their students.

Fantastic experience: Had my first private lesson today with Drew, after only ever doing 2 lessons before. Great venue, easy to find. Drew was very welcoming and friendly. I had a dream to do a backflip… he started at the beginning, step by step, great progression, clear instructions and demonstrations. Very safe, confidence building and the best fun!!! I can’t wait to go back!! For another PT, he also gave me the confidence to try a lesson!!! This is an amazing space with Great teachers, give it a go!!!

Fantastic experience: Having attended the adult sessions on a thursday, I can say with great certainty that Crawley Parkour C.I.C. is a fantastic place to learn and practice Parkour. Drew and Josh are both extremely knowledgeable and aproachable and help students gradually improve each week with an emphasis on carefully breaking down each challenge if needed. A variety of challenges are set each session for you to try and there is always something new to learn or to build upon. I cannot emphasise enough how much love I have for this place. As a 43 year old man I feel like my body is learning how to move again and would recommend learning parkour here to everyone who has an interest. To sum up - Absolutely fantastic parkour centre with some of the best coaches anyone could ever ask for. Well done Crawley Parkour C.I.C. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place for all ages. Instructors are excellent and really take time to show you how to make the most of your skills. Children from 5 to 50 are welcomed. They even do home education sessions for kids during the day. Highly recommended. Great for some general exercise or refining your skills in a safe environment.

Fantastic experience: The coaches are fun and so patient and incredibly dedicated. Always happy to explain or demonstrate a move. My son attends the 9-13 years class and is enjoying it so much he goes twice a week. Each young person is treated as an individual and spoken to with respect and humour. Challenges are set to encourage thinking and concentration as well as physical development. Failure is celebrated with a smile, encouraging word and comradeship which encourages participants to keep trying to master a difficult move or try it in a different way. The gym is small but well thought out and adaptable. A fantastic place for young people/teens/young adults.
