Positive experience: Ideal for any gym goer that wants to commit to working out without having to wait around for equipment. If you’re feeling a bit self-conscious at commercial gyms but still want to commit to working out go here. You’ll feel more at ease. The staff here are also lovely!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Much quieter and calmer than any other gyms. Feel confident to work out great equipment and good choice, just a lovely space to work out!

Positive experience: It's a good gym, it's nice how private it is and it has several good qualities. Areas of improvement are the heating in the colder months. It gets very cold and by the time it's warmed up slightly your workout is almost over. Other area of improvement is the cardio equipment. It would be better if they had a bigger variety such as a stair master. The options are limited currently. Treadmill, segregated rower or an exercise bike. I understand that it's more weights orientated but a single stair master would sway a lot of people.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time in there, the gym is well though out and a nice style across. Not a single machine out of service and me then enough plates always my go to when passing through!!

Positive experience: Love the gym, can go and get things done. You can always get on equipment etc. if you like a quiet gym then this is perfect. The only downfall is the car park situation, but if you don’t mind a short walk you can find free parking the gym itself I can’t fault, always clean etc ‍♀️

Positive experience: I've been a member for about 6 weeks now, not gone as often as I'd like to due to work commitments at the moment, but I think this is the best gym in town! No queuing for machines as they only allow 20 members to attend at any one time and have a maximum of 300 members in total.. The gym has really good brand new equipment and is fully air-conditioned too, I believe in the future they are looking into extending the downstairs into a boxing gym.
