Fantastic experience: I joined the gym last year after my first knee replacement. I spoke with staff and they worked out a physio program to suit my rehab. After having my second knee replaced I rejoined and did another 6 weeks physio work. I cannot thank all the staff for their support and help in my recovery.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and classes with extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly instructors! Really great atmosphere in the classes too and welcoming members. And also, they now make delicious protein iced coffees which are a lovely treat at the end of a tough class!

Fantastic experience: Started Nikita’s bootcamp back in November and have not looked back since. I think she is the only person who has consistently got me out of bed for a 6am class EVER! Could not recommend Nikita and the gym enough, clean, friendly, and a cute little coffee shop to get your fix before leaving. If anyone is thinking of joining just do it as you won’t regret it ❤️

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym everything you need friendly staff more than a willing to show you what equipment to use and how to use it always got a smile on they’re faces and a warm welcome to all abilities new machines regularly great classes offered daily great price with different plans weekly fortnightly and monthly so all in all a great gym and I’ve been to some gyms this is a friendly community gym top marks from me GIVE IT A TRY !

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fit for Life for two years now just after it opened. I went two out of the three a week with just me to begin with on the machines and then it changed to exercises to strengthen and mobilise. It is now available 4 days a week with different leaders adding variety. Approximately 10 go now on the days that suit them and no-one has to do anything they don't want to. I have enjoyed all of it and recommend you to come and give it a go. Very friendly welcome. You will be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Perfect for all your training needs. Also perfect if your shy and nervous abouting joining a gym. Morgan and all his staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It has a real community feel about it , highly recommend !!!

Fantastic experience: The most welcoming gym! Morgan and the team are motivating and helpful. Classes are run at times to suit working life and are enjoyable. The gym has a range of equipment and there are programmes/ PTs on offer too. IronworX has a community feel with lots of friendly faces!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for a month and enjoy the 6am bootcamp class, I like that it’s early and that its 3x a week, although there’s a lot of classes on the timetable I’d like to try too. I also think it’s great that the class is taken by different trainers which offers a good variety in class. Really enjoying it so far I would encourage anyone to give it a try, staff are friendly and welcoming, well done all at ironworx!

Fantastic experience: Totally the best gym! Morgan and the team are excellent. The classes are varied, challenging and welcoming. They are easily adapted to suit your fitness level. The gym is a community, everyone is so supportive. I have made new friends, improved my fitness and become part of the team. Even in the dark winter mornings there is always a friendly face to keep you motivated!

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Ironworx enough. I’ve been training consistently for 8 years but have never fallen in love with it as much as I have when I joined IronWorx. The most friendly and comfortable gym. It offers such a good variety of fitness options too (classes and gym sessions). A gym that has everything you need whilst allowing you to feel so comfortable. 10/10 for me! I love it!
