Positive experience: My child attends boxing here. Clean facilities, inside free parking, vending machines available as you enter. Situated in a non residential area, all warehouses and factories.

Fantastic experience: PT Studio One is the best gym I've ever used. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is first class. I love the fact that PT Studio One is for the sole use of PTs and their clients. My PT Mervin is fantastic, he has helped me to get stronger, fitter, healthier and lose 17kg to date. Working out with Mervin at PT Studio One has transformed my life, I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to PT Studio One for a while now, training with Mervin. It's a very well equipped gym with free car parking, great friendly atmosphere and a free car park. Mervin is a first class trainer, and my progress since training with him has been incredible - much better than I'd achieved on my own. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've been training here for about a year now and love it , the PTs are the best I've trained with, they make the sessions hard but fun, I'm probably in the best shape I've been for a long time despite having to stop because of Covid restrictions. Fantastic experience: Training here for over a year now with Jay has made a big difference to me. Plenty of experienced personal trainers catering for all levels of ability. Good facilities, friendly and approachable PTs, wide range of training on offer. The hardest part of fitness is going to a gym for the first time. You can't go wrong giving this place a try.
