Fantastic experience: I've been doing the pilates class at Heavenly for a few years now, the class is fun and everyone supports each other and we have a bit of a laugh whilst getting some good exercise

Fantastic experience: Have been attending the beginners pole classes for four months now and always enjoy my classes! The environment is friendly and uplifting and makes it okay to make mistakes or take longer to learn something. It really is such a positive atmosphere all around. Instructors are motivating and encouraging and tailor lessons to skill level and push you to try new things when they feel you are ready to move on to something new. I started as a complete beginner having never done anything like it before and have learnt so much.

Fantastic experience: We tried the 3 classes trial (bungee, aerial hoops, yoga hammock). All 3 experiences were great. Very friendly instructor, friendly, supportive participants. The studio was well equipped and clean, felt very safe in all classes. Prepare with gloves for hoops and enjoy!

Fantastic experience: Heavenly fitness and all their instructors are amazing. A fantastic range of classes, welcoming all abilities with good flexibility. Lots of booking options I.e direct debits, one off booking and block booking available. I have been attending classes since July 24 and am loving the progression I am seeing - I do Pilates, Aerial Yoga (Hammock), Bungee Fitness and Aerial Hoop. The atmosphere is also so supportive and I feel I have made friends as well as getting much fitter and stronger

Fantastic experience: This studio was recommended to me by a yoga teacher as I had been looking for prenatal yoga classes. Its really accessible and the teacher is very down to earth and welcoming. I now attend with a lovely group of expectant mothers and always feel the benefits of going to the class. The only downside is the website is a little tricky to navigate and book the classes. But well worth the effort, I feel much better prepared for the birth of my baby and well supported. Thank you Jane

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing session for my hen do with Jane at Heavenly Fitness. She had arranged for us to do aerial hoop and yoga in a 90 minute session which was fantastic as it gave us the opportunity to try two different activities. Jane was so accommodating and allowed me to bring my newborn with us and she catered to everyone's ability and needs throughout the session. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you Jane for making our hen weekend something to remember!!! X

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending the studio for over a year now. The instructors at the studio have proved that there’s a place for disabled people in fitness. They’ve given me a very safe space to exercise and look after myself without judgement! They’ve accommodated everything I’ve needed including allowing me to bring my assistance dog when required. I will always recommend this studio to anyone as everyone is welcome. Thank you team heavenly fitness <3

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic private bungee class with Claire on Saturday. Great fun, well aired studio, parking outside. 100% recommend. Especially if you’re keen on alternative exercise classes to the norm! Will be back! X

Fantastic experience: My 13-year-old daughter and I attended an aerial hoop class. It was our first time doing such a class. I would HIGHLY recommend Heavenly Fitness. We thoroughly enjoyed the class and got a great workout in the process although we hardly noticed this as we were having so much fun! The teacher was excellent, clearly demonstrating all the positions and helping us achieve them, encouraging us all the way. She was brilliant! We will return!

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky enough to do a range of classes at Heavenly Fitness including pole, aerial yoga and most recently pre-natal yoga and they have all been fantastic. Jane is a wonderful instructor and person who makes you feel welcome and supported. If you are thinking about trying a new activity then this is the place!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing Pole class! We had booked the fitness Center for a Hen do, and Jane and Claire was very accommodating of us despite us running late, we where so appreciative! Our instructor Claire was amazing and we learnt so many new things, she made the class fun and engaging, she was encouraging and explained things in an easy way so we could all understand the moves, she is very talented and skilled we had an amazing time. Thank you Jane and Claire, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Really friendly with a great range of classes to try, and at good prices. I have really enjoyed learning aerial hoop and the yin yoga and gongs sessions, the teachers are great at making sure people of every level get the most out of the class. I would never go back to a normal gym now :)

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over two years and love it! Offering a wide range of aerial and fitness classes, suitable for all ages and abilities, always welcoming and supportive. Some classes are also now available via Zoom if you can't make it to the studio. This is the place that turned me from an exercise hater into an aerial fitness lover!

Fantastic experience: I started doing Jane's online Pilates classes when lockdown started and they've been a life saver. Jane explains things really well so it's easy to follow despite not being physically in the same room. She also gives alternative versions of the exercises so everyone can work at their own level. Would highly recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: I spent many happy months training in this facility. Jane made me feel very welcome, and I would now consider her a friend. The classes are probably the best I've had with regards to pole, and I've tried a few different studios. She has patience with her students and encourages them to push on when they experience blips. She even takes time out of her own life to spend a day at the studio so her clients can indulge in professional photos organised by herself with no profit to her self. Rather selfless I would say. Other classes have also been just as good, with a wide range of class variety, she caters for every one with exceptional prices. I can't recommend this studio enough, if I still lived in maidstone I would still be attending.
