Fantastic experience: Our son goes here and loves it. Hes really caught the kickboxing bug thanks to the staff. They help to teach him not only kickboxing but important life skills such as discipline, work ethics and mindset. All done in a positive way.

Positive experience: Very welcoming place, Lorenzo the beginners instructor is very patient and goes to great lengths to explain and demonstrate techniques inparticular. At some times the gym is rather crowded and there needs to be a cap or a lower cap on the numbers allowed in at any one time. Nice seating area for people waiting to start their session or waiting for people doing their session with a selection of snacks available and TV screens to watch what's happening in the gym though an additional camera or 2 would be ideal if you're wanting to watch your child in detail for example. Ample parking is available across the street, do not park in gym car park else there is a hefty fine. All in all, a lovely friendly and well equipped kickboxing gym. Highly recommend
